I ordered a leather bound copy in July of 2021 for $75.96. Its now January of 2022 and I only received a paper back version of this book. The company continued to postpone delivery date which is somewhat expected due to the debacle covid has caused on supply chains. I requested a refund and the sales rep, Manuel P*****, said I would have to return the paper back version with postage paid by myself. I called the credit card company and tried to dispute the charge but they said it was out of the window. Big scam by a company to continue to push back delivery date to keep customers money.,Business response
