ON June 22, 2022 I was staying at the ********* Hotel and purchased a phone from a Power Case-Air Charger phone accessories from Zedd accessories For $139.97 and $75.97 for the second case. The salesman didnt want me to register information on phone while he was changing my phone cases. He said wait 24 hours, I ask more questions on how to use phone and demonstrated all features and magnetic features of phone case. I tried to ask for specific contact information and he said its all on the black card he gave me that was in a nice looking sleeve, He wanted to distratct me by giving me gifts for free e.g. screen protector and then another shiny flashy case to use for going out to dinner he stated. When I got this product home I could not set up warranty information or call them and realize that he gives two different serial numbers than whats shown on product he showed me to use. He has different phone names and address thats different on the receipt called the The Source Electronics, Its obvious he scamming people with a sophisticated setup but not giving you direct information to him or to his buiness but through website to purchase. Since I couldnt set up warranty thru warranty link I sent copy of it to company customer service email that I have not received a response yet either., He kept referring to the black card and saying go and give me a review repeatedly as to imply he is honest and trusthworty, He is slick deceitful con artist. I want my refund.Business response

Consumer Response /* (2000, 9, 2022/07/13) */ ***Document Attached*** Just received a letter from bank that money was refunded to card. customer swrvice sent me emails attached that I was going to receive a check with in a day. i didnt get it.Then they sent last email on the July 5th asking for my address. I responded to that. That was the last communication. Dont know if I will receive the check. ut my bank has refunded my credit card today. Thank you for your help BBB. You guys are the best. May 5, 2022 I purchased a Headphone and a power Case for my phone Model ************* 5G-Model # SM-*****. The first case was too small, so Jeff the salesperson replaced the case. After charging the power case, this second case will not seal tight to the phone. There is a space of 3 centimeter between the top of the power case and phone. Therefore, the phone falls out of the power case very easily. Also, the power case power connector can be damaged very easily because of the loose power case. I have not use my purchase to date. Also, there is no serial number on the card or product. So how am I going to set up any warranty. I have a warranty card for the headphones, but the system will not process the keyed in information on the warranty. I have email per Zedd's directions since Saturday and made several phone messages and I am being ignored. I would like to replace the power case in ******* TX if possible for my case. I purchase the products with the understanding they would take care of the customer.. I want a power case to work with my phone. I want to setup the warranty pages for both items.
