I was grieving. ****** died. Went to Simple Crematory. I told them what urn I wanted, locket I wanted, I paid for it and urn. They did not send me a death certificate which I need to get urgent surgery on my hip. Everyone wants copies. I had not looked thru my paperwork without crying. Finally I did. I left vm to the crematory today. No response. They claim they are opened 24 hrs a day. . I need that certificate. I had a friend with me. They kicked her out of the room. That's why I took her to make sure everything was taken care of.Funeral arranger: *****************************Her phone number:************.I realize now why they kicked my friend out. I was married for 23 yrs. I didn't see what was going on without crying.Please help resolve the death certificate. I need help to get my surgery done. I have no family here. Just my neighbor. Hello,
We at Simple Cremation have reached out to ****** several times, with no response back from her. I was waiting to respond to the complaint until I knew her concerns were addressed and resolved. Regarding the pendant, we have it and are trying to get in touch with ****** and arrange for her to receive it. Regarding the death certificates, she never ordered any through us. During the original arrangement when given a choice to get the death certificates herself from Southern Nevada Health District or pay us to order them for her, ****** chose to get them herself. Most families do choose to get them from SNHD. In subsequent calls, she was reminded by the arranger she worked with, that she had not paid us to obtain the certificates for her and that she would need to contact Southern Nevada Health District.
