You will get monetary HARASSMENT from them. I called twice in advance to verify my insurance. Both times they confirm its all done and ready. Appointment day i am told they didn't verify my insurance. So they proceed to do it during my visit and make me wait about 30 minutes. So they verify the insurance and they provide the service. 2 weeks later I receive bill to pay for my service. I call back and I am told Its all cover by the insurance and I don't need to pay. 4 weeks later I receive mail again that i have a pending bill. They are once more wasting my time because someone is not doing their job. My insurance is ***** ****** ****.Review from Malinda R

When I came in they mistaked me for a totally different person and proceeded to have a attitude with me . Do not go here if you want to have a good dayReview from Joann D

STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!! I repeat, STAY AWAY FROM THEM! I should have listened when a coworker warned me before going to them. Before we started getting services from them; we made sure our provider is within the network. My husband and I always make sure we ask how much our copay is and our we settled them before leaving the facility EACH AND EVERY TIME WE visit but for some reason, we always get extra bill afterwards. AND... It is soooooooooooooo difficult to get hold of someone when you try to call them to get clarification on bills, even after sending them messages online. The last time I was there; as usual, upon checking in, I asked how much my copay and made sure I paid it before leaving the clinic, After a month or so, here comes another bill saying I owe them $249.00. Again, before leaving the facility I made sure I paid my copay so, I needed clarification. Called them MULTIPLE TIMES (worst phone system/call center ever!!! you are on hole for 30-50 mins and calls get drop). I gave up on trying to get hold of anyone from Absolute Dental (about 10 times, different times and dates). I then called my insurance for help and found out they billed my visit as out-of-network because the date of my visit was within the time the dentist went out of network. Now, ethically, they should have informed me prior to or when I checked in that the dentist is currently out of netwrok at that time. Them telling me I had $$ co pay and billing me $249 more for cleaning for me, is a TOTAL DECEIT. WORST DENTAL EXPERIENCE!!!Review from Nick M

Absolutely the worst dentist in my 50 plus years in Vegas. I can not belive the blatant fraud in my opinion that the front office and billing department get away with The double talk and lies right to your face are unbelievable in 2024. Front office blames the Doctor. The Doctor blames the company and the Company doesn't even return your half dozen messages. Instead you get some call center that I could barely understand. They have zero authority to fix anything. So that's a waste of time anyways. Please Please Please don't go here. You will regret it!! I did Just my single father's OpinionReview from Ann L

Since this Feb. our family have been going to the Absolute Dental clinic near 215 / 3B, zip code 89012, and we received more mental disturb than the actual service. Their website specifies they take both MetLife and Aetna; However, when my husband showed them his Aetna insurance, they said they need to use my MetLife insurance only with very unclear explanation. After they ran my insurance coverage and we paid our co-pay and got the service, weeks later, we got claim detail letters from my insurance, which indicates we owe the dentist $400+ ! The clinic at Henderson 89012 we went to only works on Monday and Friday, and the bill with the amount $400+ was sent from 8370 W Cheyenne Ave Ste. 103, Las Vegas, 89129. We went to the clinic at Henderson to clarify the charge, and they have no idea and asked us to talk to some manager, who, obviously is not available. We don't understand, how can a dental management like Absolute Dental able to keep their customers, for such messy financial system.Review from Antoinette E

AVOID ALL ABSOLUTE DENTAL OFFICES !!!!! On 04/27/2024 I went to Absolute Dental for the first time. They did all the x-rays and then consulted with me what needed to be done. I was told that I needed a deep cleaning (no cleaning was done on the day I went in) , 2 crowns, and a few cavities . Upon checking out I was advised that all that I need to get done will not be covered by my insurance company. On 04/29/24 I spoke with my insurance company and found out that a deep cleaning is only needed if you have gum disease (of which I don't have) and that the crowns and cavities were covered by my insurance. I was asked if a general cleaning was done at the time of my appointment and I advised her that I didn't get one. So today 05/13/2024 I called a different Absolute Dental to see if I could schedule a general cleaning. I was advised that I could either go back to the same office that I went to on 04/27/24 or I could go to another office but I will have to get a whole new set of x-rays done and will be charged for the it. I asked why cant they get my dental records from the other office and I was told that each office does their procedures different. I told her never mind I will never come back to Absolute Dental again because you folks are just a rip off.Review from Goderick V

I'm sorry to share my experience regarding my recent appointment. Dr. Patel was great, but unfortunately, there was an issue with the insurance pre-authorization process. The staff member responsible seemed unsure about submitting the necessary paperwork. Despite Medicaid's coverage guidelines and confirmation from HPN, they insisted I pay $5,000 upfront for implants instead of following the proper procedure. As a result, my appointment was unproductive and frustrating.Review from Ashley G

SCAMMERS! This is worst dental experience I've ever had. On my first visit they told me I needed several fillings, but they really covered by my insurance. They provided me a printout to show my insurance would cover everything. I had 4 separate appointments. I late received a bill and my insurance stated the first dentist they sent me to was not covered under my insurance. Why would a dental office allow a provider to perform services not covered under my insurance after telling me everything was covered? I've called the office and asked to speak with the office manager several times. Now that Bill is $500 more and they're stating because my insurance didn't cover the services. They are scammers!Review from TERESA L

Absolute Dental Will milk every dollar of your insurance before they address the problem you came in with. Also, I went in for dentures and they have ruined my gums. Horrible.
