On November 25, 2021 my minor son account was fraudulent charged for $198.78. On November 26,2021 I went to my bank to dispute the charge and to get a new debit card. Then on December 1, 2021 a package came from GreenFast Diet. I called the number on the package and advised them that my card was charged fraudulent and that i will be returning their product. I mailed the product out on December 1, 2021 with a tracking number they received the product on December 4, 2021. My bank sent a letter stating that they declined to refund me and they have they're product back. They telling me they can't give me a refund because I filed a dispute.Business response

I tried to resolve the matter and they keep saying that they was not going to refund my son because I reported a fraudulent transaction on my son bank account. I stated that they have their product back so you should send my money back. How you have your product back and still trying to keep someone money. Also when I advised them that I was going contact the BBB they said do what you have to do. This information below was from the packing slip. Order# - XXXXXXX Date- 11/25/2021 User- **************@*****.com Ship date - 11/26/2021 Also I told them that we don't know who that person is and also I provided them with my son email ***************@gmail.com. I was able to pull up the account, and we apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you. Unfortunately, we can no longer process any refund on your account since you have already filed a dispute with your bank. We cannot process a refund because you have already requested one with them, which means that they already gave you or are going to give you the amount disputed. On November 13,2021 I placed an online order with this company for $39.76. I was charged $49.68 and $198.78 and when I contacted them to let them know of the error they refused to correct it and refused to cancel the order. I then disputed it with my credit card company and because green fast had an invoice , even tho they were the wrong amounts, my dispute was denied. I appealed it and was denied again because green fast wouldn't refund the money to the credit card. And I tried to return the merchandise but green fast said I can't do that either, because I filed a dispute my account was locked, even tho they say there is a 90 day money back guarantee. So now I'm out over $200 for what was suppose to be less than $40. I believe this company is a complete scam and I am a victim of their scam. I would like to get my money back and let others know not to use this company. I hope you are able to help me.Business response

We take great care to ensure that important matters such as this are properly managed. We would be more than happy to clarify any misunderstanding with your order. The deal is $198.78 for 3 bottles so each bottle is $66.26. We are including 2 free bottles in that package so that brings the price down (divide $198.78 by 5) to $39.75 for each bottle. You also placed an additional order of the Green Fast Diet Detox (2 Bottles) for which you paid $49.68. You were provided with your order confirmation through email after you successfully made the order. We list this cheaper product price on our packages not to mislead, but to show the savings customers can have by purchasing the larger packages. We do provide the total price for each package right under the offers to avoid any confusion. Furthermore, your account has been cancelled on 11/26/2021 after we received notification that you have initiated a dispute of the charges with your bank. Since you have filed a dispute, we are unable to issue any type of refunds and will continue resolving this matter directly with your bank. Thank you. It was buy 3 get 3 free for 37.96 did NOT say per bottle!! And I certainly DID NOT place a 2nd order for 2 additional bottles. I would never spend that much money on this type of product. When I received the invoices by email from the company I immediately called and tried to explain that this is not what I ordered but they refused to listen to me and tell me yes it was. I then said to please just cancel the order all together and I was again refused!! So this is when I disputed it with my bank and was denied several times only because the company made incorrect invoices and sent them to me via email. Hence the reason for my dispute in the first place! If this is what I had ordered, why would I dispute it? Plus the company is stating I should have received 7 bottles but I only received 6, oddly the number I ordered, just at the wrong amount. Again, the ad did NOT system per bottle so is very misleading and then not to even cancel the order is so wrong. I offered to return the 6 bottles that I received and they even refused that. I am very dissatisfied with this company and hope we can reach a satisfactory outcome. Or I will be letting everyone (online) know if the scam if this company. So I was charged $198 and $49 for what I was expecting to pay $39!!!!
