They mis-represented the results of weight loss in 30 days; and for failure to perform they would refund your cost of the 5 bottles of the product. When I called for my refund, the agent told me I wasn't taking the capsules at the right time of day. I should try 1 capsules at morning and 1 at evening. If that didn't work the would refund my cost. It didn't work, so I called today to get a refund. The agent told me she couldn't refund the cost because the 30-day claim had expired. I told her about the agent's advice in my previous call, but she just kept saying that the 30-day claim had expired.

This is a warning to anyone debating on purchasing the Green Fast Diet Keto Pills. DO NOT buy them as they DO NOT work! I purchased (5) bottles of the GFD pills and received them at the end of November. At the time of purchase, the pills came in a white bottle and had a 90 day money back guarantee. It was shown on the web site, as well as numerous other web sites (some of which you can still google today and see that guarantee). When I spoke to a representative to place my order, I verified that they had a 90 day money back guarantee, and the woman actually said "no, it's 120 days now". I have used the pills for 90 days and they have done absolutely nothing for me. I contacted the company today to obtain a refund. I was first told I had to call a different department, but after the individual gave me the telephone number, and I told her it was the exact same one I had dialed, she was all of a sudden able to find my order. She then proceeded to explain to me that their money back guarantee is only 30 days. I explained to her that it was 90 when I purchased the items, and in fact the individual that took my credit card information told me it was extended to 120 days. She told me she couldn't do anything for me, so I told her that I wished to speak to a supervisor immediately. After being on hold for awhile, she came back and told me to call back in an hour! I told her that I was not calling them back, and I was going to hold until a supervisor was available. Miraculously, a supervisor became available at that same moment. I explained my situation to them and they gave me the same run around and told me to look at their web site and I would see their refund policy. I explained to her that when I purchased the bottles that I purchased, the policy was different. In fact, the bottles the products now come in are different now as well. She kept telling me that they haven't changed anything and there's nothing she can do for me. I am now out $100!
