On 1/29/2022 I attended a local home show and Electronics Boutique was one of the vendors. I purchased 2 phone cases and 3 pairs of headphones at which the vendor said he was discounting. My total purchase amount was $530.02. I got home and the merchandise was of poor quality so I contacted the vendor from the receipt and asked if I could come back and return the headphones tomorrow and that I would keep the phone cases. He said we don't do refunds but will make and exception and sure come back tomorrow and return the headphones. Next day my husband returned the headphones and the vendor said we will refund you $340 of the purchase which may take 10-15 days to go into your account. I was also following up with this company via email and that person informed me they would only refund me $260 which I was absolutely not agreeable to. I still to this day have not received a penny back from this company. I attached the paperwork I sent to my bank as I filed a dispute of charges with them as well. You will see the receipt and emails attached as well. I am seeking a $340 refund from this company asap.
