I opened an account for a $300 credit card in 2014 and I also closed the same account the same year due to all of my belongings being stolen and I reported the card stolen to them and closed the account. Then the following year without my knowledge they opened a loan in my name with a balance of $3000. Never received a letter stating that I owed a balance, no type of contact whatsoever and on August 2 of 2020 they ran my credit and put a hard inquiry on my report without my knowledge or written consent.Business response

There still is a hard inquiry on my Credit report and I have proof from ******** that I did not authorize in August 2020.
