      Horrible Experience and Utter Disrespect – Never Purchase from This Company I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and customer care exhibited by this company. As an expecting mother, I ordered a crib and dresser, only to realize within 24 hours that the prices on their website are significantly higher than more reputable third-party vendors. When I attempted to cancel my order, I was shocked to learn of their ridiculous 15-minute cancellation policy—something I’ve never heard of from any reputable brand. To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, I was hung up on twice while trying to escalate the issue and get a case number created. No case number was ever provided, and I was left feeling completely disregarded. The fact that your customer service team can treat customers with such blatant disrespect, without even attempting to resolve the issue, is beyond unacceptable. This experience has led me to believe that this company is operating in bad faith. I strongly advise others to avoid purchasing from this company and to do thorough research before making any decisions. Running a business that targets expecting mothers and families, yet treating them with such utter disregard, is both absurd and shameful!!!!!!

      Ordered a matching changing table and crib. Order came in two different colors. When we inquired with customer service this was the response we revived: “Depending on the country of manufacture, or even wood availability in the same country at different times, the same type of wood may not be used for every manufacturing run of an item. The same painting process may be used on two different types of woods, yet the wood may take the paint differently. Even within one tree, certain sections may react slightly differently to the painting process. This is just the nature of wood. So, while the color will always be very close, there may be slight variations between items, or even within different parts of the same item.”

      I purchased a Storkcraft dresser in January from Home Depot. It arrived with 4 broken wheels where the drawer slides. From now January until now, I have still not received the correct parts from Storkcraft to replace the broken ones. Their customer service is awful and very slow. The first time they sent new parts, it was completely wrong parts because they did not read my email in full about exactly what I needed. In the email, I answered all questions they asked from me, including all photos for proof. The second time I was sent new parts, it was the exact same parts they sent the previous time, which I already told them was incorrect. I have emailed them for the 3rd time for correct parts. They sent me the tracking number a week ago but the parts have not even been shipped yet, so I cannot even track the product. I also have no faith that it will be correct parts this time because of how incompetent they’ve been. This company is very incompetent. 1. Product should not have been delivered because there was not only 1 broken wheel, but 4. It is also a baby product. It is unacceptable. 2. Customer service is terrible and does not read your email correctly. 3. They are VERY slow in shipping out replacement parts. Each time, it has taken 2 weeks for the parts to be delivered to me, only to all be incorrect parts. This is why 3 months later, I still can’t put together my drawer. It is not worth buying anything from this company, unless you have the time and patience to deal with their terrible service. I am giving birth in a few weeks and tried to be proactive with the nursery. However, 3 months later I still cannot put together the dresser. Do yourselves a favor and buy from a reputable company when it comes to baby furniture.

      My grandson is suck from the chips of paint and wood splinters. I called and they said it's nothing they can do because they don't cover teething. I have pictures of the sharp splinters

      I bought the StorkCraft Sunset crib a month ago and one of the parts was defective that wouldn’t allow the screw to fasten securely. When I contacted StorkCraft they had me send all of the information and in the end told me they don’t make this crib anymore and I was just out of luck. Hopefully who I bought it from would return it. So disappointed with the product and even more so with the customer service!

      I have been trying to get a replacement part from Storkcraft for a month with no response. I have the Hadley 4 in 1 changer in white and the front rail is damaged. I spoke with Buy Buy Baby and after an hour chat each time, I was advised I had to go through the manufacture. Emails have gone with no response and their phone system hasn't worked in 3 weeks. Not connecting. Not allowing you to leave voicemails. Not allowing you to request call back. Just rings then eventually cuts you off. All I need is a new white front rail (part #9) for my crib but I can't even get through to anybody.

      I purchased Graco Noah 6 Draw Dresser. Upon assembling the Front Left Draw Panel E was missing making my dresser incomplete. I contacted Storkcraft and I was told my replacement parts would ship in 2-3 day but it didn't. After talking to customer service on Friday 4/29/22, I was told it would "hopefully" today. On Friday I finally got a FedEx tracking number 4 days later the label was created at 12:54pm and it wasn't picked up and I am still waiting for this to ship as it is still in their warehouse. My dresser sits incomplete due to not having all the pieces in the box when I bought it. I have called on 5/2/22 & spoke to Celica who said she spoke to her supervisor Leslie and I would be given an update from the warehouse which I was not given. The tracking shows that it was supposed to be delivered to me on Tuesday 5/2/22 but seeing that this didn't even ship out and only a label was created I am not getting my missing parts. This is a big inconvenience to me as I could have already bought another dresser and had it assembled by the time I get the replacement parts which doesn't appear I am getting. I am just getting the run around. I am very frustrated and beyond ****** that this is happening to me. Why is a tracking number given if the package doesn't get picked up? It's been over 2 days and I know that once a tracking number is created that is when the pickup is made the same day not days later.
