My husband put a preorder in for the Lorcana release back in April and we were just informed that they have no information on when they will be able to send the items that are supposed to be released on September 1st. In addition to this, they are refusing to refund the almost $900 we paid. They state this is due to the store changing ownership. Typically when a company is purchased, the new owners assume the responsible for fulfilling open orders. In addition to not receiving a refund or information on the items purchased, the customer care we have received is non existent and we were told to put a dispute in with our bank so it blows back on the previous owner rather than them.

Not even worth one star, but that was the minimum I could rank. In March 2022 on www.tgg-games.com I placed and paid for a pre-order of a crowdfunded game. The game started elivering to backers in early 2023. I followed up in April 2023, and was told they had not yet received their copies, and they recommended I follow their Discord for status updates. I did this, and there has been no change to its status. In August I checked Discord and learned the company supposedly changed ownership. There's plenty of stuff online about how bad the previous owner operated this business (which I foolishly did not read before placing my order). The new owner, seemingly a buddy of the old one, is no better. While they can see my order, they say the product was never ordered by the previous owner and they are not obligated to refund me. There were no announcements of this change and what it meant to the customers that had existing outstanding orders, they changed their support email address without any notice, and continue to hide on Discord prvate messages ("DM's") rather than be transparent with the matter. Anyone that buys from this online store, or their retail locations, is supporting criminal activity. Don't be llike me; read the online reviews and reports.

I ordered a game from them a year ago and they still haven't delivered on my order. they are very bad at communication too. you can't call the store it just has automated message. I've asked for my money back and was told all sales are final, yet I still don't have anything for my money. don't do business with this store or their online store.

Avoid these people like the plague. I placed a preorder two months in advance and they waited until 3 weeks after the product was released to inform me that they oversold and cancelled my order leaving me with no options but the secondary market. Stores get allocation numbers when they are shipped, just like anyone else. I could have bought the product locally for $10 more had I been informed of their so-called shortage. The product had nearly doubled in price on the secondary market, and I suspect they cancelled orders for increased profits. Absolute scum.
