I ordered 2 kilos of their product After a discount I paid $158.93. They mixed my order up with another order and I received the wrong order which was worth only about $21.00. My order was # ****** and they sent me Sales Order SO021999, Delivery Number SHP021170. I want my money back or the correct order. The order they sent me was only about $21.00 in value! Both myself and my wife have emailed and called them at least 10 times over a period of a month. They will not answer emails or the phone. I see why they have a F rating with the BBB.Initial Complaint

Golden Monk utilizes a reward points system. However, they do not make it clear that your "points" expire in one year. They send no shortage of emails about everything else under the sun but do NOT remind or warn you in any way that you have points that are about to expire. I lost a couple of hundred dollars worth of points I had been saving to make a more substantial purchase. It was ONLY after I noticed that I was suddenly VERY short of the amount of points I knew I had that went digging and found out about the one year expiration. I think this is rotten. Rotten clean through. I called customer service and was told point blank that expired points would not be reinstated period. I feel that due to what I feel is "hiding" this information is wrong and I feel ripped off especially after the amount of business I have given them. I am seeking some sort of credit compensation for the hundreds of dollars I lost due to this practice.Initial Complaint

They had a buy one get one free sale on their website. They had a big red banner that stated buy any item receive the same item free or something along those lines. When I received my order there was only 1 item and no free one with it. I emailed them and asked why and they stated that the sale had ended the day prior. The banner that said buy one get one free had no expiration date on it and was still up so they should have honored it. I feel like they used that banner to trick people into ordering from them while knowing they werent going to provide the second item for free.Also, I left a review of their gummies saying how they didnt have any effect at all and gave a 1 star review and they failed to publish it. They only leave up positive reviews. Thats a shady business if you ask me. Stay far away from these people.Initial Complaint

I received an email from the company advertising a buy one get one free sale, there was no expiration date listed in the email. I went to the actual website where there was a big red banner advertising the **** sale. It also did not give an expiration date for the sale. It said something to the effect of "not all products will reflect twice in cart, rest assured you will receive two products." So I went ahead and ordered and when I received my order, there was only one product. I reached out to customer service and explained the issue and was simply told that the sale had expired before I put my order in. I went on to explain that the banner on the website was still present at the time I placed my order and asked if, given the circumstances, it could still be honored and never received another response.
