I've had no issues yet with the quality, it's fine. The 1 star is purely based on the customer service being awful. Everyone generally likes a company that provides a product or service they like, but the real test of a company is how they handle things when there's an issue. So I was sent a promotional email about a bogo sale. The following Monday I went onto their site to see if it was still going (there was no mention of an end date, or really any details in the emails or on the webpage). According to the webpage, it was still active. There was a giant red banner at the top of the page showing the sale as still active, so I ordered some capsules. I got a little worried because during the checkout process, there was never anything indicating that I was getting the BOGO, so I emailed them to make sure. I received a response assuring that it was just a website issue, but my order would be doubled. So 4 days later, I receive my order, but it was not doubled, so I emailed again saying that they didn't fulfill the sale. Then steps in Edgar who responded to me. He basically blew me off with a generic response, and never acknowledged what I was saying or asking. So I replied to get more clarification, and he ignored me completely. I then sent a new email, restating the issue, and saying that he just ignored me. And sure enough, a day later, Edgar responds to that new email with another generic response, completely ignoring the fact that I sent screenshots of my order confirmation page, with the giant red sale banner still at the top of the page, as well as the email which never stated any details or an end date. I responded to his generic response just asking what the confusion was, and once again, he completely ignored me. Idk if this guy is an owner there or what, but he knows nothing about customer service. So be weary of this company. They are happy to engage is false advertisement and misleading and baiting their customers.Review from Shaun C

Their website says they put packages in the mail the next day. This has never been the case with them. They print out the shipping labels next day but it usually takes them 4/5 days to get the package to the post office. Packages have taken a week or longer to reach me every single time. Every other service I have used is fast, these guys are not. Just a heads up. I probably wont use them again because of this.

We're sorry to hear this. It seems that your recent order with our company was placed on Friday, November 26th, at around 4:38PM, which is after our cut off point for that day. Unfortunately, due to our fulfillment staff being limited, as a result of the recent holiday and strict distancing, we are currently not shipping on weekends. So yes, your order was prepped for shipment over the weekend and finally left our facility on our next available business day, which was yesterday. This is why the tracking for this (which we sent you via email and text) indicates that the package was logged as received by USPS then.
If you'll allow a bit more time for this information to update, you should see a new tracking post very soon. Our staff will reach out to you directly via email so that we can further accommodate you given the situation at hand.
