I paid them to go through them process of trying to evict a person from a property I own. They failed to ever file a complaint, they lied to me and said they did file a complaint, they said a judge denied the complaint. They provided me with parking receipts and receipts from supposed filed notices of evictions (not even complaints) and the the case number on said receipt the court says aren't even real case numbers. Even if they were real, they are not file complaints, nor are the the actual PDF filing, they are simply receipts. ****** never did the job he was paid to do, instead he claimed that he did, which wasted 5-6 months on my time, mean while I incurred thousands of dollars of costs under the belief that he had done the job he was paid to do and claimed that he had done. Only after my attorney told me that he couldn't said eviction documents with the court did we look into what ****** (the owner/operator of Squatter Busters, LLC) had truly done.Business response

I filed the 7 day notice on 11/17/2023, the steps are as follows File a 7 day pay or quit. on the 7th day if not rejected by the court we can proceed with a lock out. ****************** request was denied By a judge. so we could not proceed with the lock out ***************** insisted he had the Deed, I took his word never asking nor questioned him. Than we filed another notice of eviction and that was also denied, fast forward to 3/26/2024 I filed for another notice of eviction in the sum of $175,000 roughly what ****************** said he had purchased the home for. ***************** proceeded to tell me I had not filed an eviction with the constable, So I went to county assessors office to print out his ownership name on Deed, And he is not the Legal owner. I told him that And he insisted that he had told me that the home had recorded in some former tenants name the day he purchased home. Up until yesterday I felt we were on the same page. our last conversation ended in I feel I should refund him for what he has paid me minus court costs. I feel that is fair and we both go our separate ways. Thank you BBB for stepping in to help us resolve this issue.
Side note if all is good on 04/04/2024 *****************, can go to the constables office and pic his notice to evict paperwork and walk over across the street and file with courts in hopes his notice of eviction gets excepted.
