This company wen t into my account with permission and took 199.00 for student payment that I did not agree to, my loan is with Nelnet and not with Maximum Management Services. I did not sign any paperwork agreeing to any of their terms. I discovered my account has been activated by this company and I am requesting my money back as soon as possible. I called my student loan company which is NELNET student loan services. This company is a third party that causes a lot of problem when people are just trying to pay their loans. I have called Maximum Service 3 different times this week and I have not gotten an answer or a respond. Please help me get my money back, once again I did not any paperwork from Maximum Service. This is a violation of my right as a consumer and I will tell all of the student loan companies about this third-party company that stealing people hard earned money. This company told be they could forgive $92.146.00 dollars. How can that be when I only owed 77,041. SCAM and I want my money back. Thank you. Sadibra ******Review from Jan U

After taking your money they do nothing to help you! July 2022 was when I signed up and this is now April 2023 I have given up ever getting any assistance with my loans from them. They don’t even return my calls or emails. I was at a very low point and just needed some help in sorting things out. I was concerned about student loans and had previously been given the runaround by Navient and could not face dealing with them. Wish I had never seen Maximus (or Maximum Capital Services. Just a waste of money! I tried to leave no stars but you can’t. I had to put one star but they don’t deserve even that.
