BUYER BEWARE....It's not the fact that they have additional fees they want to charge. It's the fact that they don't tell you until after you have requested a delivery. I made an order for $50.93. I spoke with the delivery driver over the phone. He told me it would be increased to $55.00. I was fine with that because I had already placed the order. When the delivery driver arrived I owed $58.00. I should have been aware of this amount before I requested delivery. It's the principal along with the fact that you don't know people's finances. To mislead them into thinking you are charging the amount online is wrong. I do not like spending money I don't expect to spend. I usually tip the delivery person, but not in this case. It left me feeling as if I was duped. I did not have a choice but to pay $58.00, I may not have felt it was worth the price, but I wasn't given that choice.Initial Complaint

The manager referred to my age in a derogatory manner and proceeded to state that I was there to buy pot and nothing else. I wasn't talking to her to begin with. I told her to mind her own business. The term is Medical Marijuana! She proceeded to state she could ban me from buying "Pot" at her store. So needless to say I will shop at ********* in the future.Initial Complaint

I have been going to ZenLeaf for a while now and have brought them A LOT of business. They previously had a program where the more points you accrue & save up the more each point would be worth once you cash it in. So they encourage you to not cash in your points but rather allow them to accrue which I did. They CLAIM to have sent out an email indicating that theyre switching the points system around & that unused points would expire by a particular date but I checked with 4 other people that shop there, NONE of us got the email and they did not do a good job of communicating it to anyone prior to stripping faithful customers of their points which I had a lot of. I have searched my email everywhere and theres no email to be found. They STOLE my points from me! They have deliberately created a system where it is now impossible to call their locations directly rather you have to talk to someone in a call center that doesn't care about customer service. The last person I just spoke with after every thing I said I had to ask her to acknowledge it - she wasn't even paying attention to anything I was saying! I asked to speak to a manager and was placed on hold for an extended period of time. The lady finally got back on the line and said "my sr management team is wrapping something up and will be right with you". ANOTHER 5 minutes later a "Sr Cust Service Rep" came to the phone - NOT a manager as requested and as per what was said to me. Needless to say she was of NO help & had to submit some ticket to get me a call back from the store. The call back came in on a Sunday morning from a # I did not recognize so I didn't answer it. The manager left a message with no call back # forcing me to go back through the cust service center AGAIN to request another call back bc they don't even have the ability to connect anyone to the store which is outrageous. Ill be reaching out to regulatory authorities as well to file a formal complaint if they don't make this right fastInitial Complaint

February 17 2022 offered a discount when ordering.. came to pick up the order, a angry white very young female yelled at me and denied me a discount false advertising costly travel to get to the location and denied due to bad employees training ,trained to rip customers to profit for themselfs
