My best recommendation is Zen Leaf at Flamingo, can’t really switch dispensary. I just love the way they always attend me with there great customer service and deals. Best in town hands down.Review from Fernando S

I would say Zen Leaf at the Flamingo and Jones location is the best one to go too. I feel like every bud tender has a great personality and direct you directly to what you need. Can’t go wrong with this place on products or deals.Review from Fernando S

I recently purchased edibles at the Cave Creek Road Location in Phoenix, Az. I had received coupons to use so I made a purchase that came $62.00 and had a 30% coupon. When a got home I realized I had a better coupon for 50% so I called the corporate phone number and the man I spoke with said I could go back to the store and get the difference. So I went back to the store and spoke with 2 managers. They told me they could not give me the difference of $12.40. So I left very angry. This make no sense!!!!!! Is this a retail business or not? Please send someone to check out Zenleaf Canton unannounced. Absolute worst staff. It was ok when they opened. Now they’re all big headed, ALWAYS STONED, and talk about SMOKING the products all the time. Staff and managers openly mock judge license pics , medical cards dates that still have tons of time left on them, on and on. Called today after placing an online order with no response for two hours: dude seriously said they just didn’t feel like getting around to the online orders me: ok… would it be easier to come in? front employee: “Ugh, you can if you want to…” ATM never works. Tons of bums out front. Staff openly steals preordered product to give to prioritized coworkers and friends when confirmation was already given hours before. WATCH THE SLIGHT OF HAND WITH BRAND SWAPS TOO! They’re also waaaay overpriced. Not zen at all. Las time I was in they made a chemo patient wait 3 hours and she drove an hour one way. They then shut down early and turned her away with NO PRODUCT! Last straw.Review from Michele G

Dishonest company. I have screenshots of reps telling me to get info and buy devices online, even providing web links, but if you damage your products because you used info/products that did not come from the dispensary. Incomplete information is given out on how to use products. You will find out from other employees that the method you were led to believe worked when it would not. Faulty products are not replaced because returns are addressed "case by case" and somehow you take a loss every time. They get orders wrong most times. One time I was given someone else's order. This company's policy is not to have policies. They have no accountability, are unreliable, and push the shoddy products of their parent company, Verano.Review from Dante O

They always mess up my girlfriends prescription every time she orders. It has never failed, and there is always an excuse! This place is under new management and still does not run efficiently! I will complain and spread the negative news as much as I can.
