I hired Busted Knuckles Mobile RV Repair in *********, ****** for a $600 pre-purchase inspection of an RV before flying from ******* to purchase. However, their service has been disappointing and financially burdensome. On the day of the inspection, they arrived late, delaying both myself and the seller. During the inspection, they provided me with blurry photos and videos, making it difficult to assess the RV's condition. Crucially, they admitted to not turning on the water pump or running water through the sinks, toilet, or shower. This oversight led them to miss significant issues, including a leaking kitchen sink drain and other plumbing problems that should have been detected with a basic check.Their assessment of the RV's condition was also misleading. They assured me over the phone that the roof was in good shape, yet a reputable local RV shop later found extensive sealant lifting that requires immediate attention before winter. Additionally, they overlooked rusted-out battery trays, malfunctioning door locks, a dead coach battery, and an expired propane alarm that goes off randomly.Discovering these issues shortly after purchase forced me to spend over $3000 on repairs that could have been negotiated or avoided altogether with a competent inspection. Despite acknowledging their errors via text, Busted Knuckles Mobile RV Repair has shown no interest in providing satisfactory customer service or offering any form of compensation. Their payment system, which does not allow credit card disputes, further hindered my ability to seek recourse.Their lack of thoroughness, professionalism, and accountability has not only soured my buying experience but also left me with significant financial strain due to repairs that should have been identified during their inspection. I have only requested a refund of the inspection fee, which I believe is more than fair given the circumstances.Business response

I do apologize for this.
Yes we were late, we did give seller heads up though. We had a tech call in so we were doing double duty, however thats not your problem.
Theres a lot you left out.
You contacted us with some super blurry photos stating we did a poor job on the inspection because your roof started leaking. And demanded a refund to which we replied saying give us a call at your convenience so we could discuss. You never did reach out. We told you the roof needed reseal on the phone call for the inspection and discussing other things we found. We couldnt run the pump at all as it was pouring out of the pump head along with the water damage under the kitchen sink where the pump mounted was we initially thought it was from just the leaking pump but apparently the kitchen sink leaked also. We missed the battery Tray and sent sent photos of everything we saw on it. We also had a 30 min conversation about how it needed some tlc and the roof resealed but if you were getting a good deal and didnt mind working on it a bit it would be a solid Rv.we had no issue giving you money back, but you never responded to us.
I have the text to validate and you even posted a screenshot of our text convo showing you never responded. Just went straight to leaving reviews.

I am rejecting this response because:
I did respond to your message declining a phone call as I prefer to have a paper trail because you have already been dishonest about things said over the phone. You did not tell me the roof had issues or that the water was never turned on to check any of the plumbing. I am including screenshots or my response to you a week ago that you never responded to. I didnt include this in my complaint or in any of my online reviews simply because my reply was too long to fit into one screenshot. This is another example of your dishonesty.

*** already responded, im not going to argue back on forth. the consumer felt the need to post her feelings and thoughts about everything before speaking to me. that is 100% within her right to do, however it will not warrant any further compassion or service on my end.
