I have been paying monthly payments to Panamerican Consulting since January. All my paperwork was electronically signed on January 9, 2024. (email trail for proof) I continue to receive collection letters, after being instructed NOT TO PAY. Now I am received letters from attorneys. I have currently paid $2,271.87 to date to this company $252.43 monthlyCustomer response

thanks for responding. Unfortunately, that won't work for me, it is a bit of a process with them. If insist on receiving the refund first, we'll just need do a new refund agreement and just include the removal of the BBB as a condition of the refund. I am okay with doing that, it's just a bit more paperwork.
Look we dont have the ratings we do over 14 years because we are scamming people, but I want to make sure you are comfortable. So you tell me how you want to proceed, I can have our legal **** add the complaint removal clause to a new document for signing.

AliHonestly at this point I don't feel comfortable sending the refund unless the complaint is removed. I am not sure if it was accidental forgetfulness or you chose not to request for the removal intentionally. I am not trying to be difficult, but unfortunately your actions, which you admitted were ***** have negative consequences for my firm and I want to address them in fair but appropriate manner.
I am now receiving these threatening text messages after I was advised I would receive a full refund to my account on 09/04. When I acquired about my refund that I have yet to receive, ************* owner) seems to be getting mad and is refusing to send me my refund.

I spoke to the client regarding this. The client mentioned she was confused and that she had done this in error. I asked her if she would send an email or contact the BBB explaining this and requesting removal. Unfortunately she has not done so. Please remove this complaint.Business response

I do want to inform the BBB that the client received a full refund via wire on 09/06/2024.
I cannot share any further details until we have a release from the client giving us permission to discuss the details with the BBB.

Panamerican Consulting, LLC stated they would help me out consolidate my debts with 2 creditors, however when this creditors kept calling me insisting they had not received any payments from any consolidating company whatsoever. When I called Panamerican Consulting they said they were working on it and account needed to be in collections in order for them to pay for it.I requested a refund twice from them in separate occasions and they claim they helped me but literally I keep receiving calls that my debts is still open and awaiting payment.I this point I would like a refund of all money paid from Pan-American.
