      I’m very upset with the service I got from Overnight Prints. I paid over $100 for overnight delivery because I needed my package by November 1st. When I checked on October 31, FedEx said the delivery wouldn’t happen until November 4th. I contacted their support, and the representative promised they would make sure it arrived on the 1st. It didn’t. My package finally showed up on November 4th, which was way too late because my event had already passed. When I asked for a full refund, they only offered $30. I tried to escalate the issue, and they told me to submit a ticket on their site, which I did. The same rep replied, and I haven't heard anything back since. There’s no phone number to call, and their response has been terrible. In the end, I paid extra for a service they didn’t deliver, and I’m left with materials I can’t even use. Very disappointing experience, and the customer service was no help at all.

      I have been completely disappointed for the last time. Years ago this company had great service and turn around. Now, I have to fight to get my order. This is the second time I have placed an order, paid for expedited processing, and been taken for the money for the up-charge. My order has been saying "in-production" for DAYS. I contacted customer service and was told my order (which should have been in my hands 9/30) would be completed on 9/30 and shipped to me so I'd have it 10/1. It's 10/1 and my order still just says "in-production." This is the second and last time. I am going to fight for me order and once I get it, I am deleting my account and I have spent hundreds and hundreds of actual dollars verifiable by my account records. Do yourself a favor--DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They will only take your money and leave you fighting for your order.

      I ordered a few times from them and it was fine, this last order though is absolutely unacceptable. The cards were cut wrong, cutting off the information on them. I contacted them through their customer service ticketing system and they just keep sending me the same canned message with no resolution. Do not recommend.

      COMPLETELY FRAUDULENT BUSINESS. THEY NEVER SHIPPED MY CARDS. I PAYED A LOT OF MONEY TO HAVE THIS DONE, WAS CHARGED, AND THEY NEVER GOT MY SHIPMENT DONE. ON TOP OF THIS, I WROTE PROBABLY AROUND EIGHT TICKETS, TRIED TO REACH OUT TO THEIR "CUSTOMER SERVICE" CHATBOT MULTIPLE TIMES (WHICH IS AI AND JUST TELLS YOU TO CREATE A TICKET). NO RESPONSE! THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH HANDS DOWN. DO NOT USE THEM!

      I have been a customer for years with a VIP Status. Loved using them until this week. I received postcards with the work color. Opened 4 tickets. No response. No phone number to contact. This is not the service I was used to. I am frustrated. This is not the way to work with clients. They made a mistake with the colors and there is no one to contact. I am furious.

      I ordered business cards and received cards with white borders around the outside. I was told this was my fault because I declined paying an extra $10 for their review. However, each card has a different amount of white around the outside. If it were my design fault, those white borders should be uniform. Never ordering from them again.
