I ordered from them on July 2. I have emailed them multiple times with no response. I have tried contacting them through the shop app and no response. I tried calling the phone number on their website and that does not even ring. They have not shipped my order. Its been over a week since the latest date of their said turn around time and still nothing from them. This business is a scam. I shouldve done my research first because now I see this has happened to numerous people. Beware!!Initial Complaint

I ordered from this business as they were popular on a lot of social media platforms but at the time I did not have the spending money to buy their products. Recently and old video of someone using their oil came up on tiktok and I made a purchase of that and a few other items. They have completely ghosted me since ordering. No update, the phone number provided always shows busy at all hours of the day. I noticed that their social media has not had activity in a few months now. If they are no longer providing products I feel like their website should have been shut down and a notice of some sort should have been put up on their social media. It shows people are still purchasing their products but they do not respond to any form of contact. I would like a refund and for this business to be looked into. They could be collecting hundreds of orders that they are not fulfilling.Initial Complaint

I purchased items along with a described shipping insurance policy for product delivery on March 21st. Shipping was advertised as a 1 to 14 days. Once products finally shipped after 3 weeks they suddenly stopped being tracked. I alerted seller of issue twice through email with no response. Then I contacted ***** package appears lost. I tried contacting seller again due to insurance policy purchased but still no response as of 10 days ago. I believe the seller is accepting funds with no intention of delivering products. They are are also selling services in the form of shipping policies without providing a service.Initial Complaint

I ordered the product on february 27th. i paused ***** ORDER #*****. i messaged the business on march 8th for any updates on my order, they did not respond. i waited messaged the seller once more on march 17th to change address, but they didnt respond. Then i emailed them on march 16th and i had no response.
