This store is working with **************** to sell mill puppies as designer dogs. When confronted they told me that I was wrong but they sent me images with **************** on them. I asked for a reimbursement of my dog but are refusing even though there is evidence that they are working with ****************, provided to me by their employees. I have also been told a medical issue was not reported when my puppy arrived to the store. I was told my puppy had a hematoma on her head and could not go home for two weeks. This was never reported in the stores documentation and I was not given the option to take her to my personal veterinarian to receive care and confirm the injury happened on accident, as the store claimed.

On february 27th i went into the puppy store, i saw a puppy i liked which i was told it was a coton de tulear. i purchased the dog for 2,000.00, i was told the dog was full breed and i have all his paper work and pedigree that says so as well. upon taking him to my veterinarian i was told he was not a coton de tulear but instead a minarsture aussie shepeard. i also got a 2nd opinon and was told he was not a coton de tulear. This is considered fraud. i was sold a dog that wasnt what they said it was. i called the business on April 29th and was told that "they will note that i dont have a coton de tulear and will not do business with the breeder who sold them the dog in the future. they only go by what the breeder tells them that the dog is and they dont honor dna test because they're not accurate." However i spoke with my attorney and this is a case of fraud and will go fourth with legal matters. however the buisness contacted me on april 29th @ 6:01pm, i missed that call and called back at 6:11pm and was told the manager contacted me and they will leave the manager a messege to call me back. i called back on april 29th @ 7:53pm and spoke with Jamie who was very rude and uncooperative and was very dismissive in wanting to hang up in my face. since i have not heard back from the business. The business has been uncoopperative.
