Ordered pizza. The driver dropped it on my front porch, it was a mess. The driver at first offered to go back and have the order remade. After he left, I called the store, explained what just happened and asked for a refund, they refused. I offered to come pickup my order instead of waiting for a new delivery. They said if we decide to remake it. I didnt want to argue about it. I disputed the charge and my bank failed to provide me with a refund. Its not a matter of quality, its a matter of having ordered and paid for food, and not getting it.Business response

Looking at the order history for this address and phone number, there does not seem to be an order this guest is referencing.
There was a delivery on 8/6/2022 and the next order was a carryout on 10/29/2022. If the guest could provide more information about the date and delivery address of the order so that I may research. Or perhaps provide the date and amount of the credit card transaction?
It shows the date of the original complaint on 10/17/22? The only delivery prior to that was 10 weeks earlier.
Please provide additional information so that we may rectify the situation.

I did not order anything on 10/29/2022 - that is concerning that they think I had a carryout on this date.The last order was delivery on 8/6. Sharing a copy of my order confirmation.
