They don't deserve any stars. They lie! Pure Plumbing and Air came out and lied. He said everything blew in the AC system. The systems would need to be replaced. $42000.00 for new units. Well the truth is it was fixed with a $33.00 part. I will never stop to let everyone know that this company is out to pad their own pockets. Consumers get ripped off on everything now a days and everyone needs to know this company is nothing but a lie! I can just imagine how many elders they ripped off.

I have used Pure for several years. One thing I like about them is that they respond rapidly to a request. I have dealt with several of their technicians, most recently Mike ********. They are all professional and are willing to discuss your needs in detail and give you options. They make you feel comfortable. They are also honest about assessing your needs and will give you advice never pressuring you to make a quick decision. I found my recent visit with Mike to be very helpful as I had a system installed for years which was getting old and needed a fresh look. Mike was very knowledgeable and spent quite a bit of time with me to discuss a situation with several solutions. Once I made a decision, Pure and Mike were quick to respond.Review from James Y

I had a leak under my kitchen sink that had turned into standing water on the floor I called Pure Plumbing.. Donnie ***** and his partner Joe were dispatched to correct the situation. These guys were not good, they were GREAT!! They first of all assessed the problem then they stopped the leak Then they answered all of my questions, gave me quotes on ways to prevent the problem from happening again, replacement items that could go bad shortly, water treatment items and anything else I asked them about. There was never any pressure to "upsell" or use scare tactics concerning my problem These gentlemen were true professionals and I felt the care they had for the customer and his needs. If I ever have a plumbing need again, I will be calling Pure and requesting the team of Donnie and JoeReview from robert a

We had a toilet brush gat stuck in the trap of the commode. We called Pure Plumbing & Air which came out the next day (Sunday). The technician (Myles ********) worked very hard to resolve the issue without having to pull the toilet. He eventually, using an air pump, dislodged the brush and the toilet worked. Being a professional and dedicated to customer service he went on to camera the sewer line from the house to the main sewer line to ensure that the brush was clear from the line and would not cause any further problem. Myles is a credit not only to himself but an outstanding representative of the company. His hard work, honesty and customer service, along with above and beyond service makes him and his company a part of our home service go to. Service was the best we ever had. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE COMPANY'S PLANO, TEXAS OFFICE - Poor quality of work. The issue re surfaced within 30 days. Pure plumbing have language on their invoice that their work is guaranteed for 30 days but they did not honor their warranty. The person who came by the second time did not want to do any work without charging a higher price for the same work and walked out of the house while I was still talking to him. I would never use their services again. Beware of their company’s plumbers- Darron ****** and Dillon. I spoke to the company’s service manager and he was not helpful either. When I mentioned that the invoice guarantees the work for 30 days, the service manager mentioned he will refund the amount I paid the first time around!! I am still waiting for the refund.Review from Roman V

What impressed me about Pure Plumbing is that they open 24/7! Last Saturday night I noticed my toilet would not stop running. The tank kept filling up with water even after I turned off the water valve. I called Pure Plumbing early Sunday morning. My plumber Alexander F was a true professional. He diagnosed the problem, replaced my water valve, and rebuilt all the hardware inside my toilet tank. Problem solved! Alexander got me back to peace of mind so I could enjoy what was left of my weekend!Review from Cory L

Alexander provided outstanding service and recommendations, to include his professional opinion on a few topics for which we had questions. Michael completed our plumbing inspection and explained everything in non-technical terms so we could understand. He then provided us with tips on how to better maintain certain items to prevent larger issues and costly repairs. I was introduced to Pure Plumbing many years ago through a crappy home warranty company but continued to engage with Pure Plumbing after I left the warranty company because of their great customer service.Review from Vicki C

We have been customers since 2013/2014 and have never been disappointed with the work they do. If you are looking for an excellent company and a very knowledgeable tech, Pure and Juan ******** cannot be beat.
