Over $11,000 was paid to Rhino Roofing to repair my roof during monsoon season of 2023. Since the initial visit they have been to my home after near ever single rain due to the roof leaking repeatedly. I will admit they have been kind during each "repair" they've done since the initial service, but at this point they have been out so many times with no real improvement that I would rather have the money refunded so that I can go with a company that can actually fix my roof. I am disabled and having to contact Rhino Roofing every time there is more than a drizzle (this is not an exaggeration) is very taxing on both myself and my 80+ YO mother. I want nothing more than for this company to be held accountable.Business response

I had the underlayer of my roof replaced a couple months ago by Rhino Roofing. Since then solar pool workers broke a few tiles (14 or less). I had an estimater from Rhino come out to give me an estimate for replacement of the broken tiles. It has been weeks and despite repeated calls I have yet to receive and estimate. The underlayer has a 10 year warranty. Is this the service I can expect from this company? Their phone message says there is no job that is too small for their excellent service and they always bring their A game. I am disappointed with their service.Customer response
