I was sent the completely wrong thing. Ordered gummies and received a smoking cartridge. Left several voicemails because their agents are always “busy”. I’m convinced they don’t have any. Also used their “chat” option of course, agents were busy. Sent SEVERAL emails and nothing. Been over a month now. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!Review from Anna G

Hemper was running a sale in April if you purchase certain amounts you got a tiered gift. When I added the April box it said I qualified for the free tier bundle. That was the only reason I purchased was because it showed I was getting my box plus the free bundle. My order history on their website shows the free bundle and also my packing slip when I received my box but no bundle. When I reached out to customer service about it , no mention of it being cancelled to me occurred . It took me over a month to get them to tell me it was a mistake in their system and they changed my order. I never had any form of communication from them from the time I ordered to the time I received my partial order which was 20days. I would just like the products I was under the impression I was ordering .Review from Skyler S

Refused to refund an order that I did not approve. Said they issued store credit in the amount to my account. They deleted my account and I cannot access the store credit they claim to have given me.Review from Pam S

Terrible experience, We ordered 2 bongs and only received one
I contacted Hemper the same day , had a response 3 days later asking for pictures
This was ordered by my boss through me. I had explained that he had given away the extra pieces that were free in the package , they wanted a picture which all I could take a picture of was the packing slip, bong and box that is all we have left and was not going to ask the employees to bring in what he had given them for a picture
I am a retail store manager and would never treat my customers in the way they have treated me

I talked with chat about ordering an item that said was in stock. They responded within 5 minutes, no issues.
Then I messaged the again a 2 days later asking if the item was actually in stock (they are all sold out everywhere, including the makers website) and was told it was coming from their other warehouse and would be shipped out fast.
I asked the next day, was the item coming out of the USA? That would take a long time, if so I would like to cancel my order and for over 10 days, I have no gotten 1 reply from e-mail to their chat system.
Clearly ignored, horrible site and concept. Who would want to buy random **** chinese bongs that cost $20 to make and can buy way better ones from ****.com, if you type in hookah instead of bong.
I want a refund, the shipping label has not been made of this post and have been asking for a refund everyday all week.
Ignored and pretty upset.

Terrible experience with Hemper. It has been six weeks since I placed my order and was charged (I have noticed that more responsible businesses tend to charge only when the items are actually shipped NOT HEMPER though. They charge the moment you place the order (the entire amount) and then never send the items. They never reach out to update you about the order. This has happened twice now and can't believe I gave them another chance. I ordered $200 of items and after MANY emails to customer service (with slow responses or none at all) I am finally informed that my order has been returned? By USPS? That indicates to me that they didn't label the package correctly. How could it take 6 months and 7 emails from me to determine the problem and let me know? never again. Never. It is unfortunate that HEMPER.com is soooooo bad when it could be soooooo good! Twice in 3 years I have tried to use these guys because the prices are great ( but if they don't send the items, I guess the price is moot! ) but FAKE! Once they get your money and order its OVER WITH ANY CONTACT! They will not respond to emails, or their chat rooms! After about 25 emails and only 2 replies, and after OVER 14 days since I paid not one email or anything other than my order was placed but not shipped after OVER 14 DAYS NOW! I have asked for MANY refunds or partial shipments if one item is out of stock, but they choose to not reply to any request's I make! I have now started to STOP PAYMENT through my bank whom I paid through. The bank says it may take up to 60 days now! AVOID HEMPER.com at all costs, like I said this is 2 times in 3 years and nothing has changed, HEMPER.com is still doing business like they are shysters. $200 and I have to wait and now I will miss all the 420 sales on the item I wanted thanks to HEMPER.com.Review from Shaneice S

I ordered 3 separate orders over a month ago. They totalled over $400. Not a single one was shipped and I cant get a response to get a refund. I read the reviews (sadly, after placing the orders) and thought "that won't happen to me". Well it did. If you're reading this review, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.Review from Alex G

They never shipped out my order for over a month. They lie about not having enough staff due to covid, yet they are shipping out monthly subscription boxes that came out after my order was placed. I paid an extra $20 for shipping protection as well which is now an absolute waste of money. After doing some research, it seems like MANY others have the same issue as me and have not received orders and never get a refund. Someone really needs to look into the company and get them shut down for fraud.
