SUMMARY of ISSUE:(Made a purchase and never received the item)- I made a purchase back in December 2021 for a $4341 Fox lift kit for my 4Runner, after being told that they were getting the product January to February 2022 timeframe.- I followed up in February 2022 and was told then that the are getting the product March timeframe.- Note that they will not update you nor reach out to you. So, I followed up again in March and was told that they wont get the product by June to July timeframe.- I then attempted to dispute with my bank. Thats only time the owner ***** reached back to me. He proposed a resolution and I fell for it (biggest mistake).- I then canceled my dispute and the $4341 was returned to the merchant.- Since then, they were very hard again to reach. I came to find out, my order was cancelled.- I reached back to my bank and was told that they couldnt retrieve the funds back because its past the time limit and its been returned to the merchant.- I finally reached *****, explained and provided documentations (banking statements and letter from chase) that Rogue Off-road has my money and I just want to get my refund. Even though, they have a ridiculous cancellation fee that will cost me $600 (for a product that never shipped).- ***** gave me a go around that they couldnt find my funds and since its tax season, they have to take care of their accounting first before starting to look into my case. This was October timeframe.- Recently, I attempted to reach out to them 8 times via phone and email, but no response.Initial Complaint

Ordered an "in-stock" item that was not in stock, cancelled my order agreeing to the 15% restocking fee and have not heard back so I want a full refund.
