      -Went with my wife to do our taxes with ***** on February 6, 2023. It was completed but never filed to ***.-Paid 300 dollars for service -Filed taxes are for 2022 -The nature of the dispute is that she hasn't filed my taxes and I called *** in the beginning of May 2023, they mention nothing has been filed.-I've texted and called multiple times and she responded she will look into it. It's been months and asked for my money back. No response. -I have hard copies that she created my tax form for 2022 taxes and bank account that money was sent to her. but she has never filed my taxes for 2022 according to the *** website and *** customer service.

      I paid *********************** of Unique Tax $350 in February 2023 to file my tax return for 2022. Anticipating my refund that never materialized, I called and texted ***** who did not respond. I contacted the *** on 3 separate **************** confirmed that my return for 2022 was never filed. She did contact me once and said it was being processed but that was false according to the ***. I went by her office to ask her for a copy of my **** or a full refund. She was not in the office. The receptionist said I was not the only person who had this issue with this person, at this company.Her inability to respond to calls and texts after accepting payment for services is absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable. This person should not be allowed to do business in ******.With something as important as taxes, I cannot reach her. I need a copy of my return or a full refund. Now, I have no choice but to find someone else to file my taxes. I work too hard for someone like this person to take advantage and rip me off. It is not right.

      My wife and I filed our 2022 taxes in March of 2023 for $300 apiece, and since then my wife has gotten her return but I have not. I texted ***** about a month later to check on the status and she said "I'll look on Monday", but that Monday never came. I still have not received my tax return, and neither the *** website nor the Phone Number are able to help me. I'm in a financial bind and ***** is the only one that can help me but she's ignoring me. I have texted her extensively, even literally begging her to just simply respond, but it's been almost a month now and she still refuses to respond to even a text. She no longer answers phone calls, and now she intentionally keeps her voicemail box full so you can't leave her a message. I had 2 different friends visit the office on my behalf since I'm out of state but they didn't have any luck either. However, the staff at the front desk of the building informed us this isn't the first time ***** has done this and has a reputation for ignoring her clients; she even outright ignores the front desk when they send her a notification directly to her phone for appointment arrivals.I will be reporting ***** and Unique Tax to the ***, and if anyone has experienced anything similar I suggest you do the same

      My husband and I were referred to Unique Tax for our taxes by a family member who was referred by a coworker. We filed with Unique Tax for the 2nd time this year (2023). Two months after our tax appointment, the *** website continued showing the message: "We cannot provide any information about your refund be sure to ... check with your Tax Preparer..." We reached out to Unique Tax for more information regarding our file where Unique Tax told ** they would look into our file. A month passed with no responses from Unique tax and the *** website still noting the SAME message. Unique Tax did not respond to our messages, calls or emails so my husband and I went down to Unique Tax's office however, we were told no one was in the office by the receptionist. We briefly explained to the receptionist about our situation where she told us that we were not the only ones coming by the office for the same exact issue. This concluded to ** that something is not right with Unique Tax, as paying $300.00 to get your taxes done, no verification of filing date provided then never being responded to when we have questions regarding our file is completely unprofessional and dishonest. A $300.00 refund is requested from this business, Unique Tax.

      This has been the absolute worst experience Ive ever had filing my taxes! They are eager to collect the $450 to file your taxes then ghost you. No updates, wont answer the phone, wont answer your questions, wont provide a receipt for your payment, then weeks later told me my taxes were rejected. They filed them wrong and wont provide copies of my taxes.

      I have to start with saying this lady is a fraud and a liar. No sense of customer service nor communication. She was given $300 to do my 2021 taxes in December ************************************** to the **** We are now almost in April and no record of it with the **** I keep texting her and all she says is that she mailed them in. I have requested copies of the forms to be mailed/emailed to me of proof and nothing till this date. She was completely disturbed when my fiance went to her supposedly office to get answers for me and his taxes as well and was very upset. We keep on sending her messages and calls of course but never responds. Again this lady is not to trust and a liar. Not to mentioned I called the *** in February and no record.

      I had my taxes done with this company. I was audited for the years of 2020 and 2021. I was told I owe the *** $12k. I'm a single parent household and do not have the ability to pay this. I reached out to this company for help and answers as to why I owe back this money. The owner wouldn't talk to me on the phone and would only meet with me in person. After meeting once and saying she would get back to me with answers, she stopped answering my calls and ignored every attempt I tried to get ahold of her. This is bad business practice and unprofessional. She company should liable for the mis information she provided on my taxes.

      I went in on 4/16/2022 to get my taxes done but not at this location. 7495 W Azure Dr, Las Vegas, NV 89130 and the lady I was working with was Juana. I left my paperwork with her to complete my taxes on 4/16/2022 and she was unable to do them and I have been trying since 4/26/2022 every day to make arrangements to either go to her location or have her mail my documents back with no response. The office is in a location that you can not just walk into because it's locked. I left 4 W-2's, 2 1099's, 2 social security forms, 1 bank tax forms and I can not replace these forms or it could take a long time. She could not complete my taxes since it involved international income. I am very frustrated I need my paperwork back. Can you please help. I had tried calling and texting with no real answer on how to get my paperwork back.
