I first had contact with TSE in Aug. of 2019. I signed up with them to help me exit ******* Resorts, also located in Las Vegas. They stopped communicating with me in late 2020. At the time of the payment I made they gave me a money back guarantee. They still have an active phone and email but since late 2020 I have repeatedly phoned and left a message, and emailed them too. All to no avail. The reason I am asking for your help is because ******* Resorts will not allow me to exit through their Transitions program because of this 3rd party rule of theirs; it states if a person uses a 3rd party to help them exit, then the transitions program will not allow them to exit. I need a verification from the BBB that they are closed or at least no longer in business, for me to proceed on exiting ******* Resorts. Or, if possible, to talk to them and get them to resolve this issue. If they do not return messages, etc., then they must be out of business. I need a verification of their status. And a way to proceed with ******* Resorts.

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/06/10) */ TS Elimination acknowledges the client's complaint. Without stating any wrongdoing, we do agree this is taking longer than we expected it to. We are still 100% committed and 100% confident we will complete this transfer for the client. We are reaching out to the client to get this complete. There have been unexpected things that have occurred since we started the service for the client. The Coronavirus and COVID-19 shut down offices for more than 6 months, causing crippling financial consequences for the title company and TSE. Some resorts filed harassment type lawsuits against the title company involved, with the intention of putting the timeshare transfer company out of business and crippling them financially. Instead of the resort helping the owners, the resorts have filed lawsuits against the companies the timeshare owners hired to help. We are working to get this resolved. Most importantly, we are still in communication with our clients. We are still 100% committed to completing this file. We will be reaching out to the client to take the next step to get this resolved. Thank you for your understanding and patience while we work through this difficult time. We also appreciate your understanding we have 100's of clients in the same position as you and we are working through them all as efficiently as possible. TS Elimination Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2022/06/15) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Their response is appreciated, but regarding their communication, I have called and e-mailed them numerous times without ever getting a response from them, ever. And even though they gave me a money back guarantee, I doubt that TSE would want to give me a refund, so this is what I suggest. My whole reason for contracting with TSE was to exit my timeshare with ******* Resorts. Now they have a program for members to exit and I am registered and ready to exit except that I cannot as long as I am a client of TSE. So I suggest that TSE write a letter severing our relationship by mutual consent. This must clearly state that TSE no longer represents us in any way, and that our contract is terminated. As long as ******* accepts this letter as proof of no longer having any relationship between us and TSE, we will consider this a satisfactory conclusion and will never again contact them for any reason. I will want 2 copies of this letter, one for us, and one for ******* resorts. I will give you the addresses to send them to. They must be signed with the person's title also included. My address to use is ***************************************************. And the letter to *******, use this address; you will e-mail this to ******* Resorts at; ***********@hgv.com : please indicate at the top of the letter that this is in regards to **********************. If TSE does this and ******* accepts it as proof of our termination with TSE, I will accept this as a successful completion of our agreement. I hope this sounds reasonable and they agree to do this. Sincerely, ********************** If ******* needs additional documents, I will contact BBB for help if that occurs.
