Triple Seven towing will cost you money is you use them. I waited for the service for 4 hours plus. Sent a truck and could not properly load my motorcycle which they were told from the beginning it was a big bike. Waiting for another person to assist. They loaded my bike and DROPPED IT. Damaging the bike. Just had it all redone 3 months ago and MJ promised he would handle it. Well yeah, that is not happening. I now have to start court proceedings to get them to pay for all the damages they caused. I have pictures, video and I guess off to court we go. Do yourself a favor, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR VEHICLES OR MOTORCYCLES, they totally did not stand by their word and left a female waiting 4 plus hours on a busy road waiting for help to arrive. It turned dark out and was a dangerous for anyone to be stranded there. Poor, poor customer service. Poor Poor experience and reliability. Not a stand up company at all. Choose wisely and do not choose this company..... Not to mention they tried to tell me they didnt drop it. I have video and pictures that say otherwise.

Worst service, 777 towing company is incompetent, my insurance company setup the pick up, Wait more than 2 hours, called them for update and they were asking for something they should know and they were conflicting with what my insurance agent said, on top of that they need additional 90 minutes of wait time.

STOP do not use 777 Towing. I would give a zero but the app would not let me. I was waiting - watching the app to see their arrival. It said 65-90 minute wait. I’m stranded and had no choice but to wait.. I watched the timer on the app go down to 35 minutes to wait did it change to arriving soon- after 45 minutes I tried to call the company it was late at night. No one answered the call I was left stranded. I had to call somebody to come pick me up. My car was still left on the side of the road.. with so many bad really bad reviews wonder how this company is still in business. I alsoj noted with the BBB which is a better business bureau. Their service is so bad they could not even get a BBB rating. Do not use this company.

I had a tire burst on the highway on Friday night at around 10:50pm. I went through my insurance to get Readside. I was then connected with 777 Towing at 11:00 roughly. I did not have a spare so tow was the only option. The driver arrived about an hour later. I initially had the drop off location to my house and planned on taking care of my tire the following day since it was super late. However the driver proactively advised me of a 24 hour tire shop pretty close to where I had pulled over. We pulled over and with his help we were able to get my tire replaced within an hour. I want to thank him for his professionalism, patience & being so willing to assist. Especially with them being super busy that night with inclement weather. I thank them for being timely as well. I thank him for going above and beyond. I will definitely be requesting their service if I’m ever in the same predicament again. Thank you! -Gabrielle

I had a flat tire and the whole tire came off on the freeway during morning traffic. I called 777 TOWING at 7:45 AM on May 31, 2023. They told me that their ETA was 9:31 AM for a tow. It was a fairly big emergency situation with the car stranded on the shoulder of the freeway. 9:31 AM came and went with no tow truck arriving. I waited until 10 AM and called the company. They said that it would be another two hours and that I could leave the key inside the car and they were able to open the door of the vehicle when the tow truck arrived, no problem. 5 hours later the tow truck came, while my car was stuck on the shoulder for hours. The car was towed to my dealership finally. The dealership called me the next day to pick up the vehicle. Upon arriving, I found out that the tow truck driver had put a sizeable dent in the truck of the car and that the rubber weather stripping on both sides of the vehicle had been damaged with holes and tearing. Obviously, the tow truck driver did not know how to open the vehicle. So now I have to repair a previously undamaged vehicle, damaged by 777 TOWING. THIS IS A REALLY BAD COMPANY, taking over 7 hours to come tow my vehicle and then damaging it in the process. Their customer service was weak, unhelpful and very untruthful. These FOOLS took my car from my house and we were supposed to follow them to the destination and they took it to the tow yard. 3 hours later the nasty chick on the phone (dispatcher) said they will get there when they get there. I asked for a supervisor because she was so nasty and she got back on the phone asking like she was the supervisor. We drove 200 miles and they never left *********!

Thank you so much 777 Towing. You guys are the worst. You totaled my wife's vehicle that was parked in front of my house while your driver, Dejon "Maurice" Morris was distracted with his GPS. Even worse, he wasn't going to stop until my neighbor flagged him down. Thank God my wife and newborn daughter weren't in the car. The owner, Savendra has been completely unhelpful in this situation and hung up the phone when we told him we will be settling this through our insurance. Maybe my attorney should contact you. Way to go 777 Towing!! You guys shouldn't even be in business.

Horrible company.. customer service sucks PAULA is an ignorant, no help *****. Stood waiting for the tow truck more than 2 hours and nothing every time we called she said 30 more mins. then she tells me to leave the car there they will pick it up 5 hours passes * call to see if they picked up my vehicle and she has the nerve to say that my vehicle is not there and they couldn't find it.. when it was still in the same location. Paula needs to take get fired... she needs to learn about customer service.. I will be making a complaint to the BBB... DO NOT EVER HAVE YOUR INSURANCE USE THEM OR YOU USE THEM FOR TOWING! My insurance company put a request in for my car to be towed with a link stating wait time being around 2 hours. After 2 hours Paula wants to get smart on the phone and said "we'll my driver couldn't find your car" and said that my insurance company never provide the location. I said that is ********. My insurance company and myself will be reporting this disrespectful uncaring company that has a business they don't even tend to the patrons!!! IF I can give them a ****** zero star a would HORRIBLE company and employee Paula should get fired.
