I’ve invested in several products and trainings from Transform Destiny, and I have to say, not only is the training top-notch, but their customer service is also outstanding. When it comes to the quality of training, I completed my hypnosis and NLP Practitioner certifications with TD in 2019. Since then, I’ve attended various workshops and presentations by other hypnosis/NLP experts not affiliated with TD. Yet, I haven’t encountered a single protocol or approach that wasn’t already covered in my TD training. To me, this speaks volumes, especially when I hear from other practitioners who’ve felt underprepared after attending different programs. As for Transform Destiny’s customer service, it’s been flawless. Every time I’ve had a question, I’ve been able to speak directly with someone (sometimes even the owner) who was genuinely empowered to help. I even had a billing issue once due to a misunderstanding, and Kayla went above and beyond to resolve it. Transform Destiny is truly an amazing company!

In my opinion ,Transform Destiny is a company that stands by its integrity. I have taken many online classes and live classes with them and all of them have helped me transform my life indeed in a positive manner. I like their classes because the lessons are challenging enough yet easy for me to implement in my life as I need . I have gone back and referred to their online videos and the reference manual. When I do have any queries, I reach out their customer service department , where I get to talk to live person during their work hours and if I have any questions or doubts about my program, my email is always promptly answered within few hours . When I did have a technical question about a project I was working on ,I reached out to Michael ********* on ******** thinking that I will get an answer next day. I was pleasantly surprised and grateful when he answered within few hours . Because of that I was able to complete my project and publish in time. I have already recommended Transform Destiny to few of my friends and would certainly recommend to more people with confidence.

I have been taking trainings from Michael since 2009. Not only is he an excellent teacher and well spoken, but he also has a heart-centered consciousness, with incredible content. So many of the programs that I've taken from him I haven't even had to pay for or the fees have been minimal, which has really helped me as a single mom to learn things without going into serious debt. Whenever I have a question or concern, I know that I can reach out to Transform Destiny and they will help me find a solution. It's hard to believe that it's been 14 years since I completed his NLP practitioner course! It was a wealth of knowledge then and it continues to be with all of the additional classes that I have taken from him through the years. He has wonderful integrity in his work and I'm very grateful to him and what he has created.

I am posting this review in regards to Transform Destiny because I am very disappointed with the way that they are and the way that they have handled the situation with me.a little background I went to Transform Destiny in 2021, and it took me a long time to realize that they actually messed with my mind. I was not afraid of anything before I got there and then when I got there they made it look like it’s so hard. they made it look like the bills are so hard to pay them back when in fact, I was fine paying them back every single month for the entire time. Then I lost my job and explained to them, they started calling me every week for payment. These people mess up your subconscious mind, please protect yourself don’t go to these schools with these people that have yet to practice being pure on their own. OK no one that doesn’t practice awareness in their own life can teach anyone else. And I felt like I was in a place where the teachers were unprofessional they were gossiping about other hypnotherapists, and the creators of it. On top of that I knew more about the masters of hypnosis than the teachers did. I shared very important educational information in that class that the teachers should have known. Most of the things that you see here, everyone already knows and it’s just a programing. I have not made any money with this what so ever, and it has only been a confusion pulling me away from my true self by focusing the energy outward. I believe this is just a program in order to make all humans think the same. It’s waste. We are souls having a human experience, enjoy your experience and keep away from anyone that will try to shift your souls trajectory. I was meant to come to this school to see that when there energy, even a dummy on repeat can succeed. I am cutting cords with all these dummies and will never again allow my mind to be suppressed by limitations of the outside circumstances. They only tried to put ppl down. No respect for ppl like this!

We have a long history with this client. This client started off in 2021 purchasing two of our advanced classes (NLP Practitioner and NLP Master Practitioner = 240 hours of training) and sent us great feedback for these classes. She attended the trainings in June and July of 2021. At the end of the Master Practitioner training in July, she upgraded her package to include the highest level of training that we offer, NLP Trainers Training, plus a coaching package. She made two payments on this package, attended the class the following month Aug 2021, then as soon as she finished the 18 day NLP Trainers Training, she stopped making her payments. We went to great lengths to work with her to find a solution on her payments as she said she was going through a tough time financially. My wife and COO of the company personally spent time with her each week coaching her and offering advice to utilize the skills she learned in our trainings to make money, but this client refused all help and said that she knew better how to make money. She told us several times she appreciated us and loved the classes and wanted to pay us, and for about two months late 2021 she showed a little effort, then she disappeared again, and her tone changed to "I will pay you when I feel like it" - without working with us to find a reasonable solution and plan for moving forward. It has now been 20 months, and she hasn't sent us a penny towards the courses that she already took. Most people would consider that theft. We have been more than patient for much longer than is reasonable. We are always willing to work with our clients who are going through a tough time as long as they do three things: 1- Keep consistent, friendly and quick communication to keep us posted on the situation 2- Be respectful 3- Show they are doing their very best This client wasn't willing to do any of those things, and there comes a point where our hands are tied and we are put in a position to take further action to get paid for what we delivered so we can pay our team who delivered the trainings. She has harassed our team, left threatening voicemails one after another, and even sent more than 60 texts per day every 10-20 seconds or so on multiple occasions, so at one point we had to block her ability to text us. The last few days she has been posting reviews over various websites. Things don't seem to be very "stable" on her end, as this isn't normal behavior. Below are some of the testimonials that she sent us while she was taking the trainings. The negative reviews only started once we put more pressure to pay her bill after 20 months of non-payment. Do NOT buy from them. If you try to cancel and use THEIR refund policy, they will actually call and HARASS you. Well, first Michael's wife Kayla called to try to shame me for using the BONUS prior to them cancelling. Then, when I explained that my understanding is that bonuses are just that-bonus-she began to be threatening and went "legal" on me. I am awaiting their legal document to get my refund. I may get it, I may not. Who knows with this company. If you enjoy old videos from 2018, with Michael cussing like a sailor (including "f***"), grab their writing course. Maybe you will get more value out of it than I did. This is my opinion and personal experience.

Ryan bought our online course on book publishing. We have a 30-day guarantee so we IMMEDIATELY issued a refund and asked him to sign a document stating that he deleted all items he downloaded, as our server logs seemed to indicate that he downloaded the videos to his computer as well as several books he created with our included book creation software.

Then the conversation took a strange turn when it was explained that he wouldn't be able to keep the bonus book creation software that came with the course. He created several books with it that he intended to publish even though he asked for a refund, essentially not paying for the course (or the bonuses included). He admitted on the call to being a habitual refunder and refunding products from other companies while keeping the bonuses included with those purchases. When we told him that he could not keep the bonuses after getting a refund, he turned nasty, threatening a bad review. This is the SECOND product he has refunded from us.

An immediate refund was NOT given. I had to have an actual conversation with the co-owner, who shamed, then threatened me legally. Then I had to fill out legal documentsthen I got a refund. Many hoops and drama. I have been a customer, on and off since 2016-17. In that time, I have returned two products. In this case it was a writing course, which was very top heavy with NLP training (Which I have bought and KEPT. The NLP training is good, and their niche.). I did not need that, I had it. The actual writing training was very elementary. And the publishing material was from 2018 Create Space methods. I have published two books using both that and the newer KDP merged methods. I bought the course on Friday, tested over the weekend, skipped through on Monday. If I was trying to steal or cheat them, I would have kept it 30 days.
