I received services from REMSA and was sent a bill regarding ambulance costs. I received a statement and took care of that bill. However, there was still a collections amount for the ambulance bill. I called and REMSA and Tanya C. the billing manager admitted to them making a mistake on the statement sent over. I asked if I could do a payment plan but they said I would have to talk to the collections agency they sent it to. However, after admitting they made a mistake on the billing statement they said I would have to pay the original balance of around 900 dollars. I have the original billing statement that does not include the other services which were incorrect. Tanya C. would not work with me on having a payment plan although they admitted their mistake. Additionally, they sent the other billing statement as of 9/20/24 but failed to send it in 2021. Attached will be the original billing statement that I received and the one they emailed me on 9/20/24.
