      I brought my car to Lithia Reno Subaru dealership for repair. The car sat in the dealership for one month prior to the repair being done. I then picked up my car after the repair and the car died on the highway while I was driving! Fortunately, I did not get into an accident and put my life in jeopardy! It turned out that the technician who did the repair did not tighten the engine components together and even forgot to put the retaining screws back! This is unacceptable! My life was at risk due to this technician’s unscrupulous behavior and incompetency. I tried to contact the GM and service manager and neither of them bothered to call me back! The GM finally called me back after my father reached out to him. The GM acted as if he didn’t care. The GM as well as the service manager and Lithia corporation need to understand the seriousness of the problem. I could have died from their technician’s incompetency! I would like for the dealership to refund my money and issue me an apology.

      Still waiting to even get service done for a used car bought 4 days ago. Called yesterday never got a call back. This is the second used car we have bought from them where we have got no response as to getting an appt even made for them to even get the car they sold us in to repair 3 items that should behave been fixed before even being for sale. I e is a safety hazard as the seat belt DOES NOT WORK. I called today to speak to a manager and the general manager of the service department was rude and hung up and then I called back ans then finally got an appointment made for them to just diagnose which is still 3 days away not even to get repairs done!!! Quit embarrassing for a big company like this considering my family has been buying cars from then for YEARS. I'll make sure to make family ands friends aware of this horrible customer care and service!

      1st email sent to Randy after being in contact with Robert "Bob": ****** ****** Fri, Mar 11, 11:50 AM to rgoldman "Randy, I spoke to Bob, your service manager, about a service performed on 3/8/2022 at your Reno, NV location. Unfortunately, we were unable to come to a resolution which is why I am starting a paper trail with you. For about the past 4 oil change services that I have received at your facility I have complained about squeaking with my brakes. Every time prior to this, your staff has told me that they are fine and safe to drive in. On 3/8/2022, I had to have my rotors replaced because my brakes were metal on metal. I was told by another staff member that your brake inspection is "not as thorough as it should be". Personally, that does not sit well with me. I am coming to your facility so I can ensure I am safe in the vehicle. I am relying on the expertise of your team members to ensure my safety. Bob and I spoke on 3/8/2022 and 3/9/2022 where he told me he was looking into it. On 3/10/2022 Bob had Rob call me where Rob proceeded to tell me that it is "expected to replace the rotors after 80,000 miles". This does not make sense to me since I was never told that and was never made a recommendation to change the other 2 rotors. I felt like Bob sent Rob to sell me on more services and minimize my concerns instead of addressing the issue at hand. Bob let me know he would call me today (3/11/2022) and I have not yet received a call. I would like to resolve this matter as soon as possible. -****** ###-###-#### (I am free today, 3/11/2022 after 3pm)" I can forward all messages that follow which includes them claiming I was told the brakes were at "0mm", which you can clearly see from the attached document was a fraudulent statement.

      On April 1, 2022 I brought my vehicle in for scheduled service at 8am to have a couple of parts replaced. I waited until 2:30pm before I was notified that no work had been done on my car, and that they had ordered the wrong parts. Mind you I had to harangue the service rep multiple times to get any answers. They completely wasted my day with exactly zero to show for it.
