      I placed my order on the 30th of April and submitting a quote through customer service to ensure all items were in stock. However, I've never received my items, the order was never shipped, and customer service will not return my messages.

      I ordered a pair of boots On May 31st 2023 and still have not received my order or any communication with the company.

      On July 27th 2023 I placed an order with Great Boot Company for replacement shoe soles listed as a product of the company. The total cost including shipping was $35.55. The website responded with a message saying inventory would be confirmed and then I would be invoiced. Inventory was confirmed and I made payment by credit card. Confirmation was sent and the charges reflected on my bank statement. Another message stating I would be informed when the item shipped. As of August 22nd 2023 I have received no product. No status of the order or any further communication. No phone number is available with no response from email or website chat messages. At this point I would simply like a refund of $35.55.

      Ordered boots online 5.4.23. Received 5.30.23. Wish to return because of size & style. Have tried to get return label via email; online; chat bot; and voicemail. Have not received any response. Simply asking to return item for refund. Willing to pay restocking fee.

      Prior to paying for the Stingray boots, I requested them to let me know if they were in stock. They replied that the item was in stock and sent me an invoice, which I paid $398 dollars for order #****. That occurred on April 5th 2023. It is April 18th and their website shows that my order has not been filled, nor have they responded to any of my daily emails. I've requested a refund and still no response or item. They do not have a contact number and the address they show on their website is a post office, not their business. This appears to be a scam with a fake website. This website should be shut down immediately.

      I placed an order on January 31st 2023 where I would be told when the item was in stock. They said they had it, sent me a PayPal invoice and I purchased. Since then I have not received any tracking information nor will they answer any of my emails. They also do not have a telephone number to contact anyone

      On 10/15/2022 I place order number ****. I was charged exactly 199.00 on 10/17/2022. I have not received my order. I have not been able get a response from them. I have sent multiple emails many different days and have not heard a response. I’ve sent a email explaining I wanted a refund multiple times and have not received any response. They don’t have a option on their website to cancel the order. They don’t have a phone number listed on their website. I would really appreciate it if I was refunded 199.00. The website says it’s powered by Shopify.

      On 7/17/22, I ordered an item online called a Weaver Leather Oblong Punch 2" from a company called "Great Boot Store." My order number was ****. My bank account was debited for $92.84 the following day, 7/18/22. On 7/26/22, I received a text from the company saying my order had been cancelled. This item is pretty difficult to find, so I assumed they didn't have it in stock after all. I waited and waited for my refund and never received it. On 10/2/22, I emailed, texted, and messaged the company (using the message feature on their website). They do not list a contact phone number on their website. I never received a response of any kind, and of course no refund. I have scoured my bank account and I have received no credit of any amount from that company, and no credit between $80 and $150 from 7/17/22 to 10/8/22. At first I thought this was an oversight on their part, but after giving them ample time, contacting them in every way possible, and discovering that they still have the product listed on their website as "in stock," I believe that I have been scammed. I have attached screenshots of my order confirmation on the Great Boot Store website, the texts they sent me confirming my order and then cancelling my order and promising me a refund, and the transaction in my bank account showing that they received $92.84 from me. Please let me know if you need any more info. Thank you for your help with this situation. I truly appreciate it.
