I placed an order for t-shirts to be printed for our beloved grandmothers funeral with the owner of you pay we print. His name is Baily A*******. After taking my money and telling me that he can definitely get my shirts printed in time for the funeral, Baily completely disappeared. I called the business number on file with the city and the state, I emailed Baily from the email he sent to me, and I even drove to the business address which is a townhome in sparks nevada that Baily lives and works in to find that this guy is ducking and dodging. It was so important and a last final thing that we as a family can do for our grandma was for all of us to rock custom printed shirts at the final goodbye. This guy Baily stole my money. $1,950. He never printed our shirts. He took my money and ran. I want my money back. He is a scam artist. After doing some research, i found that Baily has done this to other people. He takes their money and does not print and produce what he promised and agreed to. The guy apparently has a gambling problem and blows all his money at the strip clubs. He needs to go to jail. Baily is a crook. I want my money back for the service and product i paid for but did not get. the funeral is over and done with.Initial Complaint

A scam artist by the name of Baily ******* A******* came into my business about two months ago promoting printing services he provides. He claimed to be the best price newest print shop in Reno Nevada. We had seen that he was going around to all the other businesses in the shopping plaza handing out his business cards and cheap looking flyers, which should have been a red flag coming from a guy that is supposed to be a print shop himself. I asked for a quote for getting the windows decals printed and installed on my stores front window and a vinyl banner for the front pylon sign that faces the street. Baily A******* gave me a written estimate for $500. At the time it sounded like a great deal. Baily A******* told me his business policy is we pay at the time of the order and then he prints, hence the name of his company You Pay We Print, LLC. I filled out a credit card authorization form for him to process my order in the amount of $500. he claimed that the square mobile app on his phone was down and that he would have to go back to his office to run my card and he would email me a receipt. I never got an email receipt. The next day i wake up to find that $5000 had been withdrawn from my business debit card. I immediately called Baily A******* and spoke with him personally. I remember the sound of his voice being kind of girly and nasally like Fran D*******. He seemed apologetic. Baily sat on the phone with me for 20 minutes explaining how he is a good guy and how he was in the navy and that it was an honest mistake. I asked why he never sent me a receipt when he ran my card. This is when he started to ramble about being such a great businessman and how he plans on serving local reno and sparks with this so called print shop that gives awesome pricing. I should have known better. when he came into my store several people mentioned he looked like a crook and smelled like someone homeless and he was dressed in a cheap looking suit. why are you in a cheap suit? Baily ******* A******* claims he will refund me the $5000 and would charge the correct amount of $500 and to allow 3-5 business days for it to reflect. It has been 2 months. This scam artist disappeared. Never did the job i paid for. and I had to contact my bank because Baily A******* is a scam artist and he never rectified the transaction. I did some research and found he had ripped off other businesses including a car lot, a strip club, a few restaurants all local based here in reno. He took their money and never printed their order or did the installation. same situation as mine. I did more research to find Baily A******* is the owner of You Pay We Print, LLC but he doesnt have a storefront like he misrepresented to me. I found the address to be his home address. I went their to demand my refund and answers only to be greeted by Baily's crazy mother who threatened to murder me. This lady is bat crazy. Now i see like mother like son. I want my money back Baily A*******. I filed a police report. I met with the other business owners who all experienced the same scam. Then as i do more research, i found that Baily A******* scammed some lady in Las Vegas out of hundreds of thousands of dollars and there is a criminal investigation. this guy takes your money and doenst provide the service. their office address is his house. their website is all phoney. Baily ******* A******* is the owner and he is a scam artist.
