I had signed a 6 month contract with this business in May 2023 and then it went month to month. In November, I called and asked if that was my last payment. I was told it was and I was all set. This company has been withdrawing money out of my account since December. I called there on 2/6/24 and said I would like to be refunded since the money is still coming out. They were not willing to refund me saying I wasn't able to cancel over the phone back in Nov. After talking to the manager we agreed on refunding 2 months worth. I came into the business on 2/7/24 around 6pm to get my refund where the manager said she spoke with the owner and would only refund 1 month and wasn't following through with our agreement. I didn't even receive a call or anything that something had changed. So I asked for the 2 months and they wouldn't give it to me. I took the one month refund. But I am very frustrated with how rude and unprofessional they are. I would like to be refunded for December and January now which would total 109.98 I have attached pictures from my bank statement showing they are still taking the money out. And I also put a picture of the refund for the month on February.
