Hello, We hired **** Hubbard to install new outdoor lighting fixtures and wiring. The fixtures failed within months and have been non functioning for quite some time. We have been trying to resolve this; however, after months of trying the lights are still non functioning. The lights were functional and operational for two months before issues began to arise and I made **** Hubbard aware of them via text and email. I have texts and emails noting that there were issues with "one, several or all at times since they have gone in" within a year that they were installed. Additionally, I came to find out that no new lines were ever installed let alone in carflex. I have the original invoice document which was approved and paid for. It clearly states "-New lines will be installed in carflex". The lights failed within months and then continued to fail despite any remedies they provided. It's clear this company does not stand behind your work. The light fixtures are inoperable.Business response

The customer contacted me regarding the issue. After some discussion, we agreed on a proposal to complete the necessary repairs and the new lines have been installed in *******. (There was some discrepency in the wordage of the original invoice) We have been on the site for two days and expect to have the work completed and lights all functioning properly within the next week.
The customer originally did not want to install new lines so I only installed new lines to the additional lights that I added. Now all existing lines have been replaced and installed in carflex.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:We are currently working with the Contractor to resolve the issue. Once a new invoice/estimate/agreement is signed and all the lightening is fully functional we will close out the complaint and confirm it has been resolved. We hope to do so asap; however, are waiting for the job to be complete.
We will be sure to update you as soon as all is resolved.

I am in the process of completing the contracted work. Provided I receive the last module, we will finish all the proposed work on Wednesday, May1st. My company is not responsible for any work not included in the first or second contract.
