I have ordered propane on June 18, 2021 from this company. Owner Dwayne M***** did not check any gas lines or the stove upon installing the tank as I watched all he did and I the customer lit the oven and pilot lights to the stove. He left. I ran out of gas on September 24th and called them several times to order another tank and to have it all checked out as I never used a 100 lb tank only three months which he took cash of $105.00 and never gave me a receipt. Finally owner arrived on Sept 29th and installed another tank and never checked anything out on regulator or stove again. He left. I ran out of gas as of Dec 27th and he try to come up with all these excuses. And I stood up to him and told him I paid full price for these tanks and neither last over 3 months as I had gas stove for Many years in the past and my tank always last 6 months or longer depending on usage and I had a family of 3 which now it’s only myself and I don’t cook very often. I told him I was entitled to a free tank as each one should last me six months or longer and he refused. I told him to come get his tank as I know he had taken advantage of me and not giving me the full service as what given upon hiring them. I am requesting money back as I did collect a receipt and paid them a check due to failure on the first receipt. I have uploaded a check that I had to pay back my friend for the 1st tank and also check for second tank. I would like to be refunded back for either amount as the first amount was supposed to include checking the lines the stove and whatever else that needed to be checked upon first installation. But I would be satisfied even with the second amount.
