My wife and I went to the **** **** ****** * *** restaurant located at **** * **** ****** *** ******** ** ***** on September 14th at 9:43pm. The employee took our order at drive through, then took our money at the window and instructed us to pull off to the side, behind a car that went through drive through a couple minutes in front of us. We ordered a L1 Fish dinner and a K8 Chicken finger basket. After 15 minutes, I backed up to the drive through window and knocked to get an employee to respond and an update on our order. The girl that took our order said “we had to drop your order so it’s cookin” before we could even say that it had been 15 minutes since we placed our order. We stayed at the drive through window for 21 minutes before receiving our food. As the employee handed us our food she said here you go, turned to employees in the back of the restaurant and yelled “now we closed!” My wife and I pulled to an adjacent parking lot to have our food and immediately noticed several issues with our order. For starters ALL of the French Fries were ice cold. My wife was missing her sides of mashed potatoes, cole slaw, there was no tarter sauce (which we asked for additional tarter), and no sauces for my wifes chicken which she requested. It also looked as if the meals were thrown inside the to go boxes and shaken. So, at 10:04 we pulled back up to the drive through and strangely enough the employee working drive through asked us if she could take our order when they should be closed. I indicated that we were missing several items from our order and our fries were cold. The employee stated that “she was wondering why there was sides sitting at the drive through window” and the “fries are cold because they had turned off their fryers”. So, they knowingly sold us iced cold fries! Due to limited number of characters we can enter, this feedback is a partial response. We expect a full refund and have not received a response from KTC, LJS corporate of the restaurant!!Initial Complaint

11/23/2021 6:30pm $26.99 combo meal they gave us our food splattered all over the bottom of our bag and refused to fix the issue and had customers get involved saying I was wrong even with showing what they presented the proof. The 2 managers just laughed and carried on. poor customer service. phone line doesn't even work. 2 managers blamed us for the situation and said they can refuse my service for any reason when I showed what I was handed ontop of receipt. This company shouldn't even be up running - managers were very unprofessional on laughing n refusing to fix they mess upBusiness response
