      I have a Nissan kick ************************************************************************************************** it's on the house. I said OK this was around June so that piece was supposed to be order then he comes and tell me, he forgot to order it and I said oh that's nice so I'm driving around with a broken seat that I can't move forward or backwards literally broken and he said I placed an order is coming from ******* I'm so upset it's unprofessional and I told him I said, sometimes it feels like the seat moves forward and back so I told him God forbid if I get to a car accident and something happens to me, because of the seat you know Nissan is responsible he gave me like a little smirk so that even **** me off like you couldn't give me a rental are you real right now wow

      I took my 2015 model Nissan Rogue S car for repair in February 2024. When I pressed the gas pedal, the vehicle was shaking and I had difficulty pressing the gas. They charged $560 for installation because 2 bolts were broken. Since it was not fully repaired, I experienced the same problem again in March 2024. It was under warranty, but I had the same problem 1 month later. When it broke this time, they told me: The bolts broke again, we don't know why. And the transmission was damaged and broken. It needs to be replaced. Due to their own fault, the transmission broke and they charged over $6,000 for repairs. My car was ruined because of his mistakes. And they don't take responsibility. Thanks to them, I was left without a car.They invited me for a meeting. They said they couldn't do anything about my car and tried to sell me a new car. Their offers were even higher than the list price. I said if I wanted to buy another car, I would buy another brand. They wanted to sell a used ****** vehicle with 1000 miles for 28 thousand dollars. The same brand and model vehicle is sold brand new for 26 thousand dollars. I think they were making fun of me. I lost my car.

      Went to purchase a vehicle 2023 Nissan Versa with 2 "must haves" on the vehicle. It had to be remote entry and it had to be remote start. Spent a significant amount of time sitting at the sales desk desribing our needs, test driving, etc. The price they presented was almost $6,000 more than the sticker price not incl. tax/fees. We began to leave stopped by the sale manager who assured us he would make the sale to our liking. We agreed to an amount. The keys we received were without any remotes. We were told we could add that option at a later date. We asked how much and he said he would have to get back to us. After 3 wks of no repsonse I had to go back to the dealership and was told they would get back to me. After calling for several more days was told yes they can do it for an additional $500. I confirmed it would be both remote start/entry and I also verified that it wouldnt void any warranty/extended. Went in for the appt and after waiting around was told that it would only be remote start to get remote entry it would be additional money. Also that they could not gauranteed any original warranties or extended warranties we purchased would not be voided. We asked how much more now to get the remote entry but they didnt have an answer. After another hour of waiting they came to us and told us the outside vendor they were using can not do it. We were surprised that it was not being done by the dealership. We asked what other means they had to get this installation done and were told they would not help us and that basically we should have bought a higher end model. When we expressed we would have had we know we could not get the remote function we were met with a shrug. Now we have a car that is not meeting the needs we expressed as must haves. Very bad ethics, they lie and do not hold up their end of the deal. I stress to everyone who has a problem to let Nissan North America Consumer Affairs to let them know just how disreputable this dealership is.

      Worst dealer, DONT TRUST THEM, They welcome you dress as friendly Sheep and once they have you there they became Vultures.. I went there with the intention of buying out my lease car. The salesman ***** asked me for my phone to call Nissan, and innocent me gave him my phone. He walk away with my phone for 10 min out of my sight. Then after waiting for 7 hours ****** in finance was ready to see me. He told me that my new payment was going t be $763.42. I told him no way ; how did my payment jump from $430 to $763.42. I told ****** that doesnt work for me that I was going home. Well he keep me hostage there saying they cant release the car to me now because we were in the process of negotiation. ****** went to speak with ***** the ** and came back saying that ***** will cut a check for me for $3156 to help me make the payments for 1yr. So I was going to pay $500 out of my pocket and take $263 Monthly from the money to make the full payment. ****** said you do this for 1 year and then we refinance to lower your interest rate of *****%. After being there hostage for 8 hours tired and not thinking ************** was sign. Once home we went over all the paper work with my husband and realize that ****** had put extras and didnt mention I was going to have pay extra $10,965. I owed $20,405 on my car and they sold me my car for $33,640. Rogue 2021. They used fraudulent tactics, they dont deserve to be in business, its not fair that they take so much advantage of people and they keep walking like its ok . This shouldnt happen to anyone else.

      They are the worst they call you every day , They text you all the time about deals.when you get there its a different situation. You leave a deposit it takes about three to six months to get the refund. They can never find a loaner regardless of your credit. They said my credit score was one thing I looked it up it was different. Not ever going back there.

      A 25k car became 29k before taxes and dmv. They tried to finance me even if i wanted to pay cash with a deposit to hold the car.Walked in looking for a cash buy. They ended up trying to finance me. I left a deposit to hold the car so i can go to the bank on a weekday for a certified check but they insisted i finance with them and payoff finance and used it for a downpayment. SURE its the same thing. Legally its not. They also never gave me an clear invoice of the breakdown of prices even if i requested it before financing. They pulled my credit and didnt even show me the details of the deal. In the end they thought i was crazy for asking for an invoicing with a cash sale no rush. How am i supposed to know how much i owe? They tried to give me the car first before the details were even finalized before me. I spent 7 hours there didnt even show me any paperwork in clear print by 5pm close. They initially charged me a $2000 fee compared to infiniti that charged me half of that. Salesperson was ok but should have read me better when i first came in and said i DONT want the car today. Worst part. They try to sign me up for *********** loan and never even told me what the APR will be in the last minute so i sign and rush out the door. Who is signing a credit application at 5pm close that they never seen??? When you have cash. But im crazy for walking out suree guys.

      I agree wholeheartedly with the previous customer reviews. They are not to be trusted or believed. They bait and switch. *********** denies having said certain agreements, even though they are noted in the paperwork, insinuating that I am a liar. I have waited since my first call to them this morning at around 9:30 am; it is now 5:20 pm and my issues are still not resolved nor have I received a call back from the salesperson that I dealt with. I would NEVER suggest using this dealership to anyone. I have never experienced such horrible service or treatment by any other Nissan dealership. This is my third lease with Nissan and it will most likely be my last.

      They used fraudulant tactics (Imo) with service contracts. I was told I had to take the vehicle service aggreement as a part of the financing and that it was bumper to bumper. The business manager intentionally lied on both points to make more profit. He did not give me a copy of the actual agreement, which I asked for, until after I signed for the loan. I read the agreement. I went back to the dealership after calling and having nobody call me back. I asked to cancel the service agreement which I had an absolute right to do within 60 days as per the law in ***. One of the managers ***** told me I could not cancel, which is a complete lie. He called me an xxxxxxx and a piece of xxxx amongst other things. Now he has to deal with complaints filed with NMAC customer service and vehicle service agreement depts. as well as ****** reviews, yelp, the BBB, **** of ******** Affairs and social media. BTW- Nissan Corp said they will cancel my service contract and refund the money.

      I had a 10am oil change and inspection appointment on 5/8/2023; upon ******************* their was no greeting from any service rep for about 2- 2 1/2 minutes *** as My child and I were the ONLY two people standing there while ********, ****************************, ************************************************************** said absolutely nothing. I have never experienced that sort of customer service before but I guess this is the world we live in. As time went by, ******** asked how may I help you, i provided my appointment time and information on what services were appointed to me via text. we begin to get into a dispute of services that I recently were provided 11 months ago as I showed her proof of my review for *** inspection via ****** reviews; that it was completed here as well. Now the conversation becomes a power struggle and the young minded attitude begins to display on her behalf. I then ask for a manager. ******** professionalism and attire was extremely poor, she wore a strapless shirt with heavy cleavage exposure and extreme tight pants with thing high heels on as if she was attending a day-time club. I couldn't take that environment serious as I watched all the male representatives stare at her like "drooling dogs". I eventually wind up speaking to *************************(service manager). He came off as undeniably disrespectful, cause he is going to defend his worker; but I think they forget that with this type of service that it is a customer first zone of work. Without the customers buying cars, or purchasing service, the business wouldn't be able to continue. ****** and I attempted to communicate, but unfortunately with the attitude he displayed on full mask, it just was a no-win situation for me and I had my child with me, so I was not going to entertain those character flaws that they were displaying towards customer service anymore of the day. I sincerely do not recommend any usage of this place for sort of services or purchasing of a vehicle, until they collectively understand.

      I was looking into auto loans and one of the systems shared my information with this dealership. They have refused to stop contacting me and also refuse to remove my personal information from their system after many requests. A new person from the dealership emails me every week or so. Do not trust these people with your personal information, please stay away from this dealership.
