I found this company online and contacted them about removing bats from our church. Jason C***** contacted me, visited the property and gave us a quote for $5.1K to do the work, requiring a 50% deposit. We sent them the deposit check ($2590) in May 2024. He actually did come to did some work on the roof, installing screens at the ends of the ridge vent. He promised to comeback and finish the job but he never did. He went radio silent and stopped answering emails and phone calls. We still have an issue with bats inside the church. So, time for me to look for a real professional. After it became evident that he was not returning I starting looking more carefully at online reviews of his company and found a host of similar complains on this site. I wish I had thought to look at this site earlier.Review from Jason M

Stay as far away from these con artists as you can. They will take your deposit and disappear. Never to return. Never to do the work. They will not respond to any phone calls or texts. Jason C***** and his company are SCAM ARTISTS!!!! They should be investigated and shut down for what they do to people.Review from MJG

They are incompetent. They tell you they preformed services that were never rendered. They stop answering you calls & texts. They take your move but NEVER honor their contract!!!!!Review from Sean H

Jason came out.....said he would trap the squirrels in my attic...set the traps..said he caught a couple...gave me a year's guarantee...the squirrels came back, and there is no Jason to get a hold of...I am out $500 dollars..total rip-off...do not use this serviceReview from Caytie

I called about squirrels in our walls and Jason Carter told me "that from my description were flying squirrels." The night after I spoke with him, the flying squirrel was in my house. He showed up the next day and put on his own play. He shook everything in my downstairs area (to make sure it wasn't still here) and danced around the house like he was measuring. After the play, he told me that it's going to be $2,200 to block off all areas that they could possibly be coming in, and have a spot where they can get out but not get back in. And that he would relocate them. I paid $1,100 for him to start. He was here for 20 minutes and left without communication. After that I have gotten 8 confirmation appointments and he never showed up. We still hear nuts being dropped into our walls by the squirrels. Now we call and get no response after close to 6 months of this.Review from Jaclyn R.

Jason C***** was very quick to come and address a squirrel issue at our home. Do to the size of the house he said it would be more expensive. Long story short he took 3600.00 and came back to set up rat traps. Said he would be here every 3-5 days to check. Jason came maybe 3 times and never even caught a squirrel even though he claims we had a colony of them. This guy is a scum bag and i hope people review this site before contacting this company. Karma works in funny ways so i hope someone takes advantage of him soon. Oh and if you call and complain your number will eventually get blocked.Review from Shandell E

I called fur and feathers wildlife on 2/5/22 no one answered and I received a call on 2/6/22 and Jason was supposed to be at my house by 2:30 he didn’t come until 3:30 without an informative call or text saying he wouldn’t make his changed by 3pm mark after I called for his whereabouts. He set the raccoon trap charged 800 dollars for that and the fixing of 4 soffits and said he would be back to check daily he has not been back since no call nor text unless I initiate it and pushes back the day he’s coming saying his wife was in the icu after a car crash on the 4th day of no call no show. Then I see on here this is what he does it’s sickening to do people like that. Take our money and run.Review from Susan S

Jason was contacted to remedy a bat problem in our Church's manse. He reviewed the property, provided a quote and I signed a contract with a down payment of $2,000. I contacted him a number of times to determine when the project would begin and was given progressive start dates. The project timeline has now passed and he refuses to return the payment.
