I ordered a loft bed with stain and bookcase stairs. I live blocks from the buisness yet they were all over the place about delivery. No biggie but then they forgot parts so I had to wait for a second delivery. Then only part of the bed was stained. The pictures on their site show the whole bed bringing stained. I couldn't put the stairs together because the owner is clearly cutting corners and did put in pilot holes to secure the stairs. When I asked for assistance I was told gravity would do the trick. I opted to return the bed as instructed by Mr. ***************** the bed and stairs all the way to the delivery van only to have it left behind because he had somewherse else to be. I thought this was going to be a great bed and it turned out horrible .

Thank you for your order. As we discussed the whole bed is stained except for the mattress supports that are not seen. No manufacture stains the supports.

This business is a flat out SCAM. We ordered a brute bunk bed from *****************.com and it took nearly 6 weeks to arrive (which was the least of the problems). The bed arrived and was advertised as being fully sanded and ready for stain. There was an up-charge option for them to stain which we did. i just wanted to put it together and have it be ready. What arrived was very rough unsanded splintering lumber with sloppy stain put on it. It was completely unusable in its current state. We emailed customer service and we asked if they could give us a partial refund because I was more than capable of actually sanding and staining the wood properly. ***** (the owner) immediately got very defensive and said he doesnt do partial refunds, we could either return for a refund or keep the bed. Luckily we kept all the packaging and opted for the return. the return process was very frustrating. ***** needed a picture of the repackaged bed and refused to send the labels until it was packaged to his liking. I told ***** that this was a poor way to do business and i would reach out to the BBB if he didnt send the labels. Needless to say he sent them finally and the packages are returned and the refund is on its way. i will NEVER buy anything from this company again... a warning for other consumers they have a fee websites... foldingbed.net, *****************.com, and ******************.com.

Thank you for your order. The delivery times has improved since the Covid Epidemic. This is real wood and has imperfections. Most people like that about the wood. The sanding is fine with most customers. This is a DIYP and you can do as you like to the wood. We took it back at out cost and gave you a full refund. We hope you find something that is more to your liking.

The delivery of our bed was extremely disappointing. We live in a high rise building. We spoke to someone at the office and was told that we would receive a call upon delivery and my husband could come down and assist them getting into the service elevator. We were notified by our front desk that the delivery people were planning to leave the bed out front of the building stating that they were only obligated to leave it at curb. The front desk people asked if they would at least bring the bed into the lobby and they finally did so. Very poor service for delivery already paid for. The bed works well and seems to be good quality.

Thank you for your order. Our basic delivery is to the curb. You can choose to upgrade to inside delivery but due to Covid restrictions some of the trucking companies will not go inside the building. I am sorry for the trouble.
