Deliberate Intent to deceive and fraudulently over-charge for work promised! February 16, 2024 I went in for a "Free Consultation" and Evaluation for a dental emergency . I was in pain and had an issue with the front top bridge in my mouth. I had gone to another dental office and they had cemented the bridge portion back in my mouth, however it was not secure. Even though that doctor promised me that the work would last for 2 years. After, taking X-rays of my mouth ($99) I was introduced to ***********************************. I explained to him all the problems and issues I had been through with the two previous dental offices. I gave him a history of my dental health and inherited health problems related to my oral health. ****************** told me after looking at my mouth that the bridge was indeed going to break off again. I asked about options of what could be done, from Full Mouth Extraction to Implants. ****************** encouraged IMPLANTS! I was willing to have this procedure to avoid the taking in/out of dentures. When I asked how much the procedure would cost, *******, said: "***** Thousand, more or less." I said: Well what is it 40 or 45K? He suggested I allow him to do a credit check, for eligibility. I had a FREEZE, on my Credit and Unfroze it to allow him to determine amount of available credit. He returned to me saying that the financing would go through with monthly financing of $500-700+ a month. I explained this was too much and I had to think about it! ****************** persuaded me that everything would be alright and that I should let him take impressions of my mouth so he could have the work started. Unfortunately, I did and learned later that the financing involved payments that almost doubled the principle and I would be indebted NOT 45K BUT 71K PLUS!!! Unfortunately I did not read the contract correctly and learned after the surgery that I had been DUPED and DEFRAUDED! This was done in a Deliberate Deceitful Willful Intent to do HARM! THIS OFFICE SHUT & OUT OF BUSINESS

The above patient presented in my office on 2/16/2024 after having found my office on our Marketing AD for full mouth fixed implant work. He did inform the front desk over the phone he was currently in dentures and not happy and wanted something more permanent. He was then given on his consultation visit all treatment options which included implant dentures that he would have to wait for the the teeth to be made in about 4-5 months after healing and also fixed implant where he can have teeth next day and not have to wait. The patient opted to have the next day teeth service and said he would think it over and come back to finalize. The patient returned on 2/20/2024 and said he would move forward with the treatment. He was fully aware on the visit that he came in of all the costs for the fixed implant option with next day fixed teeth service. He signed the contract with our finance company on 2/20/2024 agreeing to pay the loan to Proceed Finance. The loan terms and conditons were explained to him in full. He came in on 2/29/2024 and completed surgery for the upper arch and came in on 3/1/2024 and got the fixed teeth delivered. When he returned for his follow up appointment he had stated that he looked over the terms and said that the interest rate was too high and asked if there was anything that can be done. The patient was informed by my treatment coordinator that he can get a personal bank loan which can come a a better rate of interest. Patient then stated he would look into it and get back to us. Patient has not given any calls or complaints to my office personally. The treatment coordinator did make several attempts to reach out to see if he was able to pay by other means and we can cancel the loan which he is not happy with the rate. The patient has not responded. As stated in the patient complaint he did not properly review the terms and conditions to see the rate of interest and so he did sign it negligently . This is not a fault of my practice and we delivered outstanding dental care which on his visit he did say the experience was great. We are more than happy to take another form of payment and cancel the loan that stands if the patient wishes to do so. It is my goal to make sure every patient is happy with my service.
