I would give Edible Arrangements 0 stars if I could! So its Mothers Day today and my husband wanted to surprise me with the Just for ************ and Platter Bundle from this location yesterday to beat the crowd. The WHOLE ORDER WAS DELIVERED TO THE WRONG ADDRESS. Its simple number identification. I dont understand how the delivery went to building number 2206 instead of 2104. There are no words to explain this level of stupidity!Furthermore the customer service is ASS! Why am I stalking Edible Arrangements for my order today ON MOTHERS Day when they were supposed to call my husband back last night to fix this issue. Its no surprise that no one is answering the phone OR they are just quiet until I hang up. Called 6 times and waited for a long time with this annoying womans voice speaking as a recording the entire time. Order from here if you want your delivery to be missing and to be ignored like a side chick looking for love in all of the wrong places! Calling my bank to get my $ back and NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN!!Review from Tom C

Company took my money after I went on there website and hit the cancellation/ refund tab they try saying it wasn't enough explanation on my end to cancel a order 1day after my original order and 3days before the actual delivery date so why have a cancellation tab for it not to mean I want to cancel the order.
