The contractor The Heating/Cooling Doctor charged and claimed he added 3 lbs freon, which did not happen. A second contractor who did add the freon can provide paperwork no freon was added but charged for. In addition a sealant was added to the line and charged for which resulted in damaging the ** unit. The contractor The Heating/Cooling Doctor added a sealant that destroyed my ** unit and incurred $950 in damage on top of charging $500 for services not rendered. The Heating/Cooling Doctor used Zelle to hide income and prevent refund and did not do the work he charged for as well as damaging our ** unit. I would like a refund and indemnification of damage incurred from the fraudulent contractor.Customer response
