2-24-2022 I placed an order with remote and keys. I spoke to a representative multiple times before ordering to ensure that in fact remote and keys could send me a key to my Chrysler crossfire. I was assured that they could and I placed my order online while on the phone with an employee of remote and keys. The total purchase price of my order was $562.33. Plus tax. I did not receive my key within the expected date and so it began. After multiple calls every 6months and multiple excuses from remote and keys, I have no key. I requested a refund and a check was mailed to me. January 3rd I received a call from my banking institute that the check had bounced and the showed to be no money in the account which sent me that check. I began to contact remote and key and they said there was plenty of money in their account and the bank needed to process the check again. The bank is unable to re process a bounced check. However, the bank did assure me that the account number on the check had zero money in the account. I have requested a money order overnighted to me for my refund and remote and key said they can not do that. This bounced check has cost me $35 bank fee. Remote key said they can PayPal me (I do not have a PayPal account) they said if I gave them my bank information they would wire the money but I refuse to share my bank information due to the lack of trust I have in them. They then said they would mail another check in 2 weeks but I dont want them to send me another bad check and get another bank fee. I think a money order overnight is the best result to ensure I get my refund. To resolve this issue I am asking for my money back for a key never received, plus the cost of my bank fee. $597.33 plus tax , sent via money order overnighted to my address.Business response

On 1/24 a money order was mailed to the customer. The total amount of the refund was $589.89 which included the $35 bank fee he requested.
