I purchased a monument for my mothers plot. I had a hard decision to make and Robiin and her team made it as easy as possible. She guided us through the process with ease. I am glad I chose her company as the memorial came out perfect. Thank you.

The Eternal Memorial of Brooklyn installed the bed for my mother's grave after a year of fights, calls, and pressure. The installed bed was broken and then sealed, but cracks were still visible. I asked Eternal Memorials to replace the broken flat part of the bed and my request was ignored. Also, the bed has a space between the end of the bed and the flat cover, where the weeds will find new home. The reason for the bed installation was to do low to none maintenance. That was not what I got, now I have a broken bed and have to maintenance the weeds still. I would not recommend this business to anyone, I would like to give it less than 1 star rating.Eternal Memorials of Brooklyn Inc. Response

The monument has been erected. The installer is aware that you want the top beds moved. It is scheduled to be done and we will inform you when it takes place.Review from felix m

Please do not use this company! We paid in full with extra details added and a pouring fee. Our baby boy has been buried seven years now. We not only received the stone very very very late, we did not get the details we paid for, and we also have not had this stone mounted since and constant have to go an arrange it in place. If I had an option to give 0 stars I would. These people have been avoiding us for the entire 7 years. Whenever we go by, ******** is half down, whenever we called we cannot get through. I am astounded at the level of ignorance, unprofessionalism, and complete disregard for our feelings and business. We are still devastated by our treatment almost a decade later!
