DISASTER!! WOULD NEVER USE THEM AGAIN. I used these guys to move out of an apartment, into storage and then out again into another apartment. I was missing a small fire chest that looks like a mini safe when I moved out of the storage unit. (Filed a police report, no CCTV cameras so they couldn't do anything but they said it was likely the movers. They were heavy handed with my items and I had scratches on wood furniture from where they dragged it across concrete floors and it ripped off the protective plastic they had put on. I had to save my bed head from getting crushed in an elevator door that they had used it to keep propped open, and search for missing bed pieces when they were reassembling which were left on the street. In addition, they turned up 3 hours late for pick up from storage and I missed my window for delivery to my coop and had to beg the security guys to let them move me in that day.Review from Penelope R

All the team worked diligently. This is the best and inexpensive crew in the city. On the relocation day, the crew showed up right on time and worked vigorously to move us out of our house. They did a fantastic job while relocating. Highly recommended!Diamond Hands Moving & Storage NYC Response
