I purchased a mail folding and inserting machine from them online for nearly $5,000. It has now been nearly a year and I have still not received my equipment. **** in ******** talks smoothly on the phone but does absolutely nothing. I got nothing but a runaround. I have called and emailed several times, trying to get my machine or my money back. They said the manufacturer refuses to send me the machine because there are no techs in my area, which, even if true, doesn't make any sense and wasn't included in the order process. I had to sign paperwork saying I accepted responsibility for the machine. This is completely unacceptable.Initial Complaint

I'm going to start by saying I have not made any purchases from this company. Over the past few weeks, I have received a number of phone calls that I thought were spam. However, recently, 2 separate calls left voicemails complaining that they have paid money for office equipment they have not received and they want a refund. I work in customer service so I felt compelled to inform these people that they reached a regular person, and not a company. Both people said they called a phone number listed on the website for this company for assistance. That number is ************ and yet it rings to my personal cell phone which is ************. I am not affiliated with this business and I'd like to stop receiving phone calls. It all seems very sketchy to me and I feel for the people who have lost money on trying to buy items from this company.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pallet wrapping machine on 4/5/2022.. The unit cost $12,345 and was paid in full. I was told by ***************************** that the lead time would be 16 weeks. It has now been close to 19 weeks and whenever I call, he just gives me the run around and has not provided a reason for the delay, or any sort of proof showing why there is a delay. I have spoken with him several times over the last few days in email and on the phone and he always says he will get back to me and never does. At this point he has provided no proof that the unit has even been ordered. I am reaching out to the BBB to file this complaint as a first step before we need to get our attorneys involved.Customer response

They have told me it will be an additional 6-8 weeks for my purchase. This extends the total time to 24 weeks before I receive my purchase.
