I requested and received a proposal for a solar power installation for my home from Brooklyn Solar in March 2019. Based on the proposal, I informed them I was not interested in moving forward. Since then, they have harassed me to pursue a sale: they call multiple times per week; they send people to my home; they email me. I keep telling them I am not interested and that I want to be removed from their contact list, but it continues.

Thank you for brining this to our attention. I have immediately made sure your record has been marked DO NOT CONTACT for all channels including our canvass team. We apologise for any annoyance we have caused. Clearly you were interested in solar at one time and we are dedicated to helping folks with that. However, we dont want to push anyone. We don't intend to harrass or bother anyone. You won't hear from us anymore and I hope this resolves the issue. Should you have any futher issue, please call me directly at ************.
