I ordered a ******** on 3/31 . It was said to be in stock and was supposed to ship in 3-5 days. It is 2.5 months later and still have not received my product. I have ordered from this company in the past and was forced to reorder from them because my contractor messed up installation and we needed the exact same part. But my experience is that they do not ship unless contacted by BBB. I would like the product that I paid for two months ago and I would like a refund for having to deal with this every time I order. If not I will be talking to a lawyer to see if this "business" is shut down.Initial Complaint

I made an order on January 26 and was told that it would take two weeks to put my order together. I contacted them on February 15 and they told me I should receive my order by February 20. I still hadn't received my order by February 25th, they said it would go out February 26th. I contacted again on February 27th and they said it would go out the next day. I contacted again on February 29th and they said I would get shipping confirmation by the end of the day. I contacted them at the end of the day and they said they didn't ship but will ship tomorrow. I don't believe them since this has happened repeatedly. We took out our staircase with the expectation that these would arrive. WE have four kids and our bathroom is located right next to where the stair rail should be. I'm very worried that one of my kids will fall down the stairs at night when he goes to the bathroom. We need reliable information about such an important feature of our home. To resolve this situation, I would like them to be shipped immediately and with the quickest shipment possible. If that isn't possible, then I would like an immediate refund with an extra 25% that will allow me to purchase them elsewhere quickly.
